摘要:建立一种用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定黄豆酱中苯甲酸,山梨酸和安赛蜜的新方法。样
品经酸化后,用无水乙醚萃取,并浓缩吹干,再加入碳酸氯钠溶液溶解,样品调pH后,采用C18柱
(25mm×4.6mm,5um)分离,以甲醇(5%)+0.02moLL乙酸铵溶液(95%)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,
检测波长214nm(安赛蜜)及230nm(苯甲酸和山梨酸),出峰时间定性,外标法定量。结果表明:该方法的
检出限为 Img/kg,线性范围为1~50 ug/ML,相关系数分别为:安赛蜜R-0.9959;苯甲酸R=1.000山梨
酸R=0.99993。回收率分别为:安赛蜜89.4%~94.1%;苯甲酸97.6%~101%;山梨酸89.6%~93.2%。相
关标准偏差(RSD)分别为:安赛蜜0.38%~2.32%;苯甲酸0.26%ン1.04%;山梨酸0.44%~1.82%。该方
法准确方便,灵敏度高,可实现黄豆酱中苯甲酸、山梨酸、安赛蜜的测定。

Abstract: A novel mcthod is cstablish for the scparation and dctermination of bcnoic acid, sorbic acid and
sulfate potassium in soya bean jam by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography(rp-hplc)
The samplc was acidified and cxtracted by anhydrous cthcr. Aftcr the cthcr was blown oul by nitrogcn, the residual
werc dissolved by sodium bicarbonate solution. Thc componcnts were analyzed by C18(250mmx4 6mm i.d., 5 m
after adjusting ph The mobile phase was methanol (5%)and ammonium acetate solution (0.02mol/L, 95%) at
a flow rate of 1. 0 ML/min using a UV detector at 214 nm for acesulfame potassiumand 230 nm for benzoic acid and
sorbic acid. The qualitative analysis was madc by retention timc, quantilative analysis was made by cxtcrnal standard
mcthod. The results showcd that the detection limit wasl mg/kg. The methodology exhibited good linearity bctwccn
I 50u/ml with a coefficient of correlation R=0. 95 for acesulfame potassium and R=1. 0000 for benzoic acid and
R=0.99993 for sorbic acid. The average recovery ranged from 89.4 to 94.1 for acesulfame potassium and 97.6%to
101% for benzoic acid and 89.6%to.2% for sorbic acid. The rclativc standard deviation RSD)ranged from 0.38%
