摘要
近几年,因内外PVC管材随着全球经济的发展,其需求量逐年扩大,在我
国PVC管材主要应用于节水灌溉工程方面,出于各级政府对节水灌溉应用高度重
视,使得PC管材的应用不断扩大,其中大ロ径PC管材的应用日趋广泛。
国内塑料管材企业生产大口径PVC管材多采用进口生产设备,出于管材产品
规格繁多,相应地所需模具的配套数量和种类也日益加大,而国内塑料模具加工
行业配套供货的能力很弱,其中最主要的原因,是对大口径PVC管材模具的基础
研究能力不足,我们必须根据塑料工业的发展,综合分析国内外的生产和技术经
验,结合我国的实际情况,釆取一定的措施,来提高我国大口径PVC管材的开发
能力。
本课题通过对大口径PWC管材生产设备的运行,以及模具的结构分析,对现
场生产过程各环节进行试样采集,确定模具设计的主要参数,通过这些参数的分
析,对模具进行设计,先后设计制造了七个种类的成套模具,每套模具均包括机
头挤出模具、定径模具、扩口模具,涵盖了大口径PWC管材国内标准中的主要规
格:中450、400、355、315、中250、中225、200。在对所设计的模具
进行现场试运行后,对模具的主要参数进行了修正。
本文着重从以下几个方面对模具进行了分析:(1)模具的总体结构,(2)模具
的主要结构及参数。本课题通过对大口径WC管材进口设备运行和模具的结构分
析,以UG、CAD为设计手段,总结出模具设计的关键参数,为大口径PWC管材模
具的开发进行了有益的尝试。
运用所设计制造的模具进行实际生产,各类技术指标均符合进口设备的要
求,管材质量完全达到国家标准要求,累计年生产1.2万吨。

ABSTRACT
Recently, with the development of global economic, the requirement of PVC
pipes is expanding year after year. PVC pipes in our country is mainly used on the
water-saving irrigation projects, as now because of the high recognition to the
water-saving imgation application from all levels governments, the application ol
PVC pipes especially the large caliber PVC pipes is expanding continually
Mainly plastic pipes enterprises manu facture large caliber PVC pipes by using
the import production line. Because of various PVC product's specifications
accordingly the quantity and kinds of match mould are increasing, but in our country
the match deliver ability of plastic mould process industry is very puniness, the
uppermost reason is that we lack the basic research for large caliber PVC pipe. So, we
must synthesize and analyze the production and technology experiences according to
the development of plastic industry, take some measures combined our real condition
to improve our large caliber PVC pipe impolder ability.
In this paper, by running a large caliber PVC pipe production line and analyzing
the mould structure, make the sample collection for each tache during the whole
locale production process, ensure mainly parameters for mould design, design moulds
by analyzing those parameters, early or late, designed and manufactured seven kinds
of whole set moulds which each mould includes the die extrude mould calibrator
mould, expanding mould, and contains several specifications in large caliber PVC
pipe national standard including the 4450, 9400, 355, 315, 9250, 9225 and
<2200. Last, after the test running, modified the main parameters for these moulds
This paper makes analysis to these moulds from several ways: (1)the whole
nould (2)the main structure and parameters. By running a large caliber
PVC pipe production line and analyzing the mould structure, the paper makes the UG
CAD as the design measures, summarizes the key parameter of the mould design, and
makes a helpful experiment for developing the large caliber PVC pipes mould
By using these moulds for actual production, all kinds of the technic index can fit
in with the import production Iine's requirement, and the pipe quality can reach to the
