摘要:重金属威胁人类健康,尤其是水和食品的痕量重金属更是人们关注的焦点。本文综述了近年来锑膜修饰电
极的制备和阳极溶出伏安法在痕量重金属离子检测方面的应用研究进展。首先介绍了锑膜电极的制备方法然后
介绍了三种阳极溶岀伏安法的研究进展,包括方波、差分脉冲和线性扫描阳极溶出伏安法。最后介绍锑膜及复合锑
膜修饰电权在水和食品重金属检测中的应用进展。锑膜修饰电极旧极溶出伏安法测定痕量重金属有灵敏度高、选捧
性好、操作简单快速等优势,适用于水和食品中的重金属检测。

Abstract Heavy metal threat to human health, especially of trace heavy metals in water and food is becoming the
focus of attention. In this article, it review the preparation of antimony film electrode and the progress of anodic
stripping voltammetry for assay of trace heavy metal ions in recent years. First introduced the preparation method of
antimony film electrode. Then, it introduces the research progress of three anodic stripping voltammetry methods, re
lating to methods of square wave anodic stripping voltammetry, differential pulse anodic stripping and in
anodic stripping voltammetry. Finally, introduced the application of antimony film and composite antimony film elec
trode for the detection of trace heavy metals in water and food. The determination of trace heavy metals by the an
odic stripping voltammetry with antimony film electrode has the advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity, sim
ple and fast operation
