食源性致病菌快速检測技术硏究进展

摘要:食源性致病菌怏速检测技术的发展对于我国应对和控制食源性疾病的爆发至关重要。目前在基层监管
执法中应用最为广泛的食源性致病菌快速检測技术主要包括以免疫学为基础的酶联免疫吸附技术和免疫磁珠
分离技术;以及以分子生物学技术为基础的PCR技术和环介导等温扩増等技术。本篇综述对上述技术的检测
特点和应用情况进行了深入的分析,同时,还对在食源性致病薗快速检測领域极具有发展前景的双功能抗体
检測技术和变性高效液相色谱分析技术进行了详细的介绍,最后文章分析了目前食源性致病菌快检的技术瓶
颈主要在于所有快检技术的建立很难绕过致病菌富集和分离的过程、这一步骤很大程度上延长了食源性致病
菌快检所需的时间。研发高效、快速的致病菌富集分离技术是真正实现食源性致病菌怏速检測的关键。

Research progress on rapid detection of foodborne bacterial pathogens

ABSTRACT: Rapid detection of foodborne bacterial pathogens is the key Lo prevent and control food-borne
disease in China. Immunology based 11IS/(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay)and IMS(immunomagneti
scparation ) and molccular biology technology bascd PCR and LAMP( loop-mediated isothermal amplification)
were the most popular rapid delection o! foodborne pathogenic bacteria in rouline work al primary regulatory
authority. Ihe application and detection feature were analyzed in-depth in this manuscript. Bi-lunctional
antibodics assay and DIP. C (denaturing high performance liquid chtomatography )also were discussed in this
revicw as a kind of technologics which had a good devclopmcnt prospects. Thc procession of cntichmcnt an
separation during the Mood-borne pathogens bacterial detection was hard to avoid. Ihese steps greatly extended
the required time of detection. The development of efficient and rapid enrichment and separation method is th
