摘要:目的综合评价4种不同厂家的黄曲霉毒素B1试剂盒。方法选择几种食品基质(婴幼儿米粉、花
生酱、酱油),分别用R- 13iopharm, Romcr, Iclica和华安麦科的黄曲霉毒素B1试剂盒检测,将测定结果与液相
色谱法測得结果进行比对。结果通过与液相色谱法測得结果比较,华安麦科试剂盒只适合检测婴幼儿米粉样
品。 Iielica和R- Biopharm试剂盒能检测多种基质,而 Telica试剂盒检测结果与液相相符度低, R-biopharm试
剂盒检测米粉时,本底较高。 ROMET试剂盒适用于花生酱和酱油样品。结论为了得到最佳的检测结果,针对
不同的样品基质,应选择合适的试剂盒。当用酶联法检测出阳性样品时,需用液相色谱法确认。

ABSTRACT: Obiective To compare and evaluate 4 kinds of aflatoxin 13 assay kits and liquid
chromatography Methods Three sample matrixes(infant formula rice flour, peanut butter and soy bean sauce)
were dctccted using RD ASCREINAFLA oxin B, assay, Agraquantaflatoxin B, assay, Itclica low matrix
aflatoxin B assay and Iluaan magncch aflatoxin B assay, and then compared the analysis rcsults with thosc by
liquid chromatography. Results By contrast, Huaan magncch aflatoxin B assay applicd to only the infant
formula rice flour. HELICA low matrix aflatoxin B assay and RIDASCREEN aflatoxin B, assay could dctcct
more sample matrixes, but the analysis results of Helica low matrix aflatoxin B assay were inconsistent with
those by liquid chromatography, the background of RIDASCREENALLATOXIN B, assay was higher
Agraquant aflatoxin B assay were applied to peanut butter and soybean sauce. Conclusion In view of the
dillerent o! the sample matrix, the suilable assay kit needed to be chosen to get the best analysis results. Wher
the results of HI, ISA were positive, the HPI. C method was needed for further validation
