摘要:目的建立超高效液相色谱法( ultra performance liquid chromatography,UPLC)測定化汝品中对羟基
苯乙雨含量的分析方法。方法样品前处埋理以甲醇为溶剂,超声30min,采用色普柱 Atlantis d C1s分离,以
甲醇-水(25:75,:り为流动相,流速为0.2 m L/min,检测波长为275nm,经UPLC检测;同时对提取剂和提取
时间、流动相比例、检测波长等条件进行优化。结果对羟基苯乙酮浓度在0.4376~21.83gmL范围内呈良
好的线性关系,相关系数为0.996,膏霜、乳、液等不同剂型样品回收率高,平均回收率分別为99.89%、99.83%
和10024%,RSD分别为0.75%、0.659%和046%。方法检出限为1.38ug/g。结论该方法简单、快速、确,
可适用于化妆品中对羟基苯乙酮含量的测定

ABSTRACT: Objective To cstablish a method for thc detcrmination of 4-hydroxyacctophenonc in cosmetics by
ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC). Methods Samples wcrc cxtracted with mcthanol by ultrasonic
extraction for 30 min, and separated by an Atlantis" d Cis column with methanol-water(25: 75, 1: /)as mobile phase
at the flow rate of 0.2 ML/min, and then detected by UPLC under the detection wavelength of 275 nm. Meanwhile
extraction solvent and cxtraction timc, mobilc phasc ratio and dctection wavelength wcrc optimized. Results
4-hydroxyacctophenonc had a good lincar relationship in the range of 0.4376-21.83 ug/ML with thc correlation
coefficient of 0. 996. The recovery rates of different dosage forms such as paste, emulsion and liquid preparation
were high. The average recoveries of paste, emulsion and liquid preparation were 99. 89%0, 99.83% and 100.24%, and
rclativc slandard deviations(RSDS)wcrc.75%, 0.65% and 0.46, rcspcclivcly. The limit of dctection was 1.38 u/
