摘要:目的建立凝胶色谱技术(GPC)净化,气相色谱法測定猪肉中11种有机磷农药残留量的分析方
法。方法样品中的待测农药组分经丙酮提取,GPC净化去除油脂等杂质,经旋蒸、氫吹、浓缩后,进入GC
分析,外标法定量。结果有机磷在002~1gmL浓度范围内具有良好的线性响应,相关系数在0.999以上,加
标量在0.01mgkg时,加标回收率在83.4%~-105.6%之间,相对标准偏差在2.15%~6.52%之间,检出低限为001
mgkg。结论该方法简便、快速、分离度好,、适于批量样品的测定。

ABSTRACT: Objcctive To develop a method for determination of I I organophosphorus pesticide residues
in pork by gas chromatography(GC)with gel permeation chromatography(GPC). Methods The samples o
pork were extracted by acetone, cleaned up by GPC to remove grease and other impurities. Alter spin steaming,
nitrogen blowing, enrichment, the analyte was determined by (C using the external standard method. Results
The method showed a good linearity over the rangc of 0.02-1 u/mt for II organophosphorus pesticide resi
dues, with correlation coefficients above 0.999. The recoveries were 83.4%-105.6% at the spiked level of
0.01 mg/kg, with relative standard deviation between 2.15%0-6.52%. Ihe low detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg
Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, and has a good separating degree, and it is suitable for the batch
sample detcrmination
