    摘要:没食子酸內(PG)是国内外推广使川的?种食出抗氧化剂,应川于各类食品中,具有阻止或
    延缓食品腐败变质及延长食品保鲜期限的显者优点。以二氧化硅负载硫酸钛为催化剂,没食了酸和正丙醇为原
    料合成了没食于酸内(PG)。通过单素试验,考察了硫酸的负载、催化剂的川量、酸摩尔比及反应
    时间对PG收率的影响,确定了最住的听化条件:硫酸钬的负载牡为15%,催化剂的川为2.0g(对0.05mol
    没食了酸),控削阿流温度,醇酸摩尔比为12:1,反应吋间为2h,PG收率达85.3%。实验表明,二氧化使
    负载硫酸钛是一种环境友好催化剂,制备⊥艺简单,催化活性高,对设备无腐蚀,不溶于有机反应体系,反应
    后容易分离,连续催化性能稳定,可重复使川4次。

    significant advantages of preventing food spoilage and extending the shelf life of food. Propyl gallate was synthesized
    Irom gallic acid and n propyl alcohol and calalyzed by tilanium sulfate in silicon dioxide by single factor experiments
    The eftects of reaction conditions including the weight of titanium sulfate, amount of catalyst, molar ratio of alcohol
    to acid and reaction time were studied. I'he optimal conditions were obtained: the supported weight o[ titanium sulfate
    15o. the
    calalyst was 2.0g (to 0.05mol gallic acid), the molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 12: 1
    reaction time was 2h under the controlled of reflux temperature, the yield of PG was 85.3%0. Experiments showed that
    the catalyst was an environmental friendly catalyst with high catalytic activity. The synthesis method 1s a simple process
    had no corrosion. Ihe rcaction system is insoluble organic reaction systcm and the product is casy to separate. The
    continuous catalytic system Is very stable and the catalysts can be reused for four times

    广使用的一种食品抗氧化剂。它适用于肉类制延缓食品腐败变质及延长食品保鲜期限的显著优
