气相色谱法测定凉拌菜中的1,2-丙二醇和
1,3-丙二醇

摘要:目的建立同时测定凉拌菜中12-丙二醇和1,3-丙二醇的气相色谱分析方法。方法样品中的丙二醇
经无水乙醇提取、浓缩后,用毛细管柱气相色谱法測定。结果1,2-丙二醇和1,3-丙二醇分别在3.03~505.00
mgL和3.06~510.00mgL范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.999和1,方法的检出限分别为0.9
mgkg和0.96mgkg(SN3),在60、30、3mgkg3个添加水平下,1,2-丙二醇和1,3-丙二醇的平均回收率为
93.7%6~-107.8%,RSD为0.97%6-2.26%(n=9)。结论本方法灵敏度高、重现性好、简单快捷、用于凉拌菜中1,2
丙二醇和1,3-丙二醇的同时检测,结果较满意。

ABSTRACT: Objective lo establish a method o! simultaneous determination of 1, 2 propanediol and 1, 3
propanediol in salad by gas chromatography Methods Propanediols in samples were extracted with anhydr
ous alcohol concentrated by rotary evaporator and analyzed by gas chromatography. Results The method
showed a good linearity over the range 013.03-505.00 mg/L for 1, 2 propanediol and 3.06-510.00 mgl for 1.3
propanediol, with correlation coefficients of 0.9999 and I respectively. The limits of detection for 1, 2 propane
diol and 1, 3 propanediol were 0.95 m/k and 0.96 m/k(S/N=3), respectively. The recoveries were
93.7%0-107.8% al the spiked lcvcl of 60, 30, 3 mg/kg with the RSD between 0.97% and 2.26%(n=9). Conclu
sion This method is sensitive, reliable, and simple, which has been applied for the determinalion of 1, 2 propa
nediol and 1, 3 propanediol in salad with satisfactory results.
