从6-APA及7-ADCA的度液中回收苯乙酸工艺研究
摘要
苯乙酸是青霉素的重要前体。6-APA和7-ADCA是半合成β-内酰胺
类抗生素的主要母环,由青霉素加工制得,在生产过程中有苯乙酸废液
产生。本文从裂解废液出发,通过萃取、提取、结晶三个阶段的研究,
确定了苯乙酸提取方法与工艺条件。
通过萃取研究,确定了甲苯为萃取剂,并对温度、时间、浓缩比三
个主要因素进行了三个水平上的正交试验,得到了最佳工艺条件;通过
对苯乙酸溶解度、溶解动力学等基础实验及提取工艺实验研究,确定了
水法多级提取方案,并确定了提取温度、时间、水用量,提取次数等关
键工艺参数
最终结果为:产品纯度≥98.5%:总收率≥80%,熔点:76.2-78℃
产品质量高于国标HGB3444-62及青霉素生产企业标准。
产品用于青霉素发酵实验,菌体生长速度和摇瓶单位均优于或相当于
对照组,符合生产要求。技术与经济评价表明:本法具有产品质量好,
污染小,成本低等优点:应用于青霉素生产中可使成本降低1.18万元/吨,
并实现经济循环。

STUDY OF THE RECYCLE CRAFT OF PHENYL
ACETIC ACID FROM THE WASTE LIQUID OF 6-APA
AND 7-ADCA
ABSTRACT
Phenyl acetic acid was an important fore body of penicillin. 6-APA and
7- ADCA was the main parent nucleus of B-lactam antibiotics which was got
from the penicillin G. During the process of production, a large number of
waste liquid with Phenyl acetic acid was produced. In this paper, the
technology condition of the recycle craft of Phenyl acetic acid from the waste
iquid was determined through extraction, re-extraction and crystallization
Through the extraction studies, toluene was used as the appropriate
solvent. And the best extraction condition was determined based on
orthogonal experiment through which the three main factors such as
temperature, time and concentration ratio was optimized. Through the
fundamental research on the solubility and dissolution dynamics, multi-level
extraction technology and technology parameters such as the re-extraction
temperature time, water volume, and extraction times were determined

The final result was: purity of the products 298.5%; total yield2%
melting point: 76. 2-78C. The quality of Phenyl acetic acid was better than
the national standards HGB3444-62 and the standards of manufacturing
enterprise OI penicllin
Penicillin fermentation test showed that the growing speed of the mycelia
and the shaking-flask unit was better than or equal to the compared group
The result showed that the quality of Phenyl acetic acid accords with the
standards of manufacturing enterprise of penicillin. Technologic and
economic evaluation showed that this method had such advantages as high
quality products, low pollution, low costs. This method made the cost reduce
by 11, 800 Yuan t in penicillin production, and also made the recycle
economy realized
