次氯酸钠溶液抗菌体积分数的测定

[摘要]目的评价次氯酸钠溶液对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普雷沃薗、具核梭杄薗和粪肠球菌牙髓病原茵的体
外抗菌性能。方法采用琼脂稀释法测定次氯酸钠溶液对牙龈卟晽单胞薗、中间普雷沃菌、具核梭杄薗和粪肠
球菌的抗菌活性,其抗菌活性以最低扣菌体积分数(MIVF)和最低杀薗体积分数(MBVF)表示。结果次氯酸钠
溶液对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普雷沃菌、具核梭杆菌和粪肠球菌的MIVF分别为0.035%、0.07%、0.018%和
0.28%,MBVF分别为0.035%、0.07%、0.035%和0.28%,其总的抗菌效果排序分别为具核梭杄菌、牙龈卟啉单
胞菌、中间普雷沃菌和粪肠球菌。结论次氯酸钠对口腔常见厌氧菌有抑制和杀灭作用,具有理想的抗菌性
能。0.5%MBVF的次氯酸钠溶液的抻菌性能可满足临床需求。

Abstract Objective Toevaluate the antibacterial effect of sodium hypochlorite solutions on four endodontic
pathogens. Methods The agar dilution method was used to observe the antibacterial effeet of sodium hypochlorite
against selected endodontic patho ens Porphyromonas gn wlis(Pgin dis), Prevotella intermediusintermedius)
Fusobacterium nucleus (F cle m Eeroccws fecalis E f i). Minimum inhibitory volume fraction and
minimum bactericidal volume fraction(MB E) were performed. Results MIVF of sodium hypochlorite for P gingi
walis P intermedius, F. ucdeatwm, E faecalis were.035%, 0.07%, 0.018%, 0.28 respectively, while MBVF were
0.035%0, 0.07, 0.035%, 0.28% respectively. The rankings of the microorganisms were from most to least effec
live: P. ucleatum, P g ng w s, P. e s, E faecalis. Conclusion Sodium hypochlorite had excellent antibacteri
al effects especially for anaerobic microorganisms. The antibacterial effeet of O5%MBVF sodium hypochlorite can
satisfy the clinical need
