不同储存条件对红景天挥发油成分的影响

摘要:【目的}探讨不同储存条件对红景天挥发油成分的影响,为其储存提供參考依据。[方法】分别对不同储存温
度、混度及时间的红景天进行挥发油提取,利用GC-MS对比分析其成分,并通过峰面积归一化法计算各成分相对含
量,确定红景天的适宜储存条件。(结果)红景天挥发油成分出峰时间集中在3-~5、9~-11和14~16min,主要成分有异成
烯醇、正辛醇、芳樟醇和香叶醇。随储存温度升高,挥发油提取率增加,当储存温度达60℃时,挥发油主要成分含量减
少,香气变弱;储存湿度过高,挥发油提取率明显降低,挥发油主要成分含量减少,香气变羽;储存时间对挥发沺提取
率和香气质量影响较小,随储存时间的延长,挥发油提取率降低幅度小、香气质量短期内无明显变化。红景天的适宜
储存条件为:储存温度30℃,储存湿度小于70%RH1,储存时间控制在12个月内。结论储存温度和储存湿度对红景天
挥发油成分影响较大,在红景天实际储存过程中调控好这两个影响因素,可有效保持其挥发油成分含量

Abstract: [Objectie Effects f if en storage conditions on Rhodiola volatile components were studied to provide
references for the oae method of Rhodiola Method The Rhodiola valatile mponents were extracted at different tem-
peratures, ifferent humidity and different time respectivel, and the components were analyzed and compared using C-MS
analysis. Relative content of each component was computed using peak area method. Finally, the best storage conditions of
Rhodiola were determined. Result The main components of Rhodiola volatile were isoamyl enol, octyl alcohol, linalyl al-
cohol and geraniol. And the composition peak time concentrated in 3-5,9-1I and 14-16 min. With the higher temperature
components and weakened the aroma. Storage time of the volatile oil had ne
icant differences on obtained rate and
anoma evaluation. As storage time be prolonged, the extracting rate of volatile oil deereased slightly, the aroma quality did
not change obviously in a short time. The suitable storage conditions for Rhodiola were keeping temperature at 30 C, hu
midity less than 70% and time within 12 months. Conclusion As storage temperature and humidity have greater effects on
the volatile components of Rhodiola, they should be controlled wel for effectively maintaining volatile components
