    摘要】目的对多叶越南槐中苦参碱与氧化苦参碱进行分离及含量测定。方法采用溶剂提取、萃取、硅
    胶色谱柱分离纯化,利用色谱技术进行化学结构鉴定;高效液相色谱(HPIC)法色谱条件为: Kromasil1005NH2
    (250mmx4.6mm,5wm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈一磷酸二氢钠(0.05mol/L)-磷酸水溶液(3.0%)-乙醇
    (80:5:9.5:5.5);流遠为1.0m/min;检测波长为210nm;柱温为30℃。结果从多叶越南槐中分离得到两
    生物碱类化合物,经鎣定为苦参碱与氧化苦参碱;苦参碱在0.0164~0.1476g范国与其峰面积呈良好的线性
    关系,氧化苦参碱在0.2872~2.58488范国与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系。苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的加样回
    收率分别为100.2%(RSD=0.76%)99.8%(RSD=1.19%)。结论苦参碱与氧化苦参碱均为首次从多叶
    越南槐中分离得到;所建立的HPLC简便、准确、重现性好,结果准确可靠,可用于多叶越南槐中苦参碱与氧化

    ( Abstract] Objective To study the isolation and assaying of matrine and oxymatrine in Sophora tonkinensis
    Gagnep. r Polyh la. Methods The chemical constituents were extracted by solvent and then isolated by silica
    gelchromatographycolumn. The chromatographic technique was used to identify its chemical structures. The chromatographic
    conditions of assaying by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) as follows: Kromasil 100-5 NH, column
    (250 mm 4.6 mm, 5 wm with aceoniile-mome li m posphate(. 5 mo/)-phosphoric acid
    solution(3.0%)-ethylalcohol (80: 5: 9.5: 5.5 as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the UV detection
    wave length was 210 nm, and the column temperature was 30C. Results The two alkaloids compounds attained from
    the separation of Sophora tonkinensis Gage. war. Pohl were identified as main and matrine. The matrine
    formed linear relation with its peak area when it was in the range of 0. 0164-0. 1476 wg. The oxymatrine formed
    linear relation with its peak area when it was in the range of 0.2872-2. 5848 wg. The average recovery rates of
    matrine and oxymatrine were 100. 2%(RSD=0. 76%)and 99.8%(RSD=1. 19%), respectively. Conclusion
    Matrine and oxymatrine are attained from the separation of Sophora tonkinensis Gagnep. war. Polyphylla for the first
    time. The established method( HPLC in this study is simple, reliable, reproducible and accurate. It could be applied
    to the assaying of matrine and oxymatrine in Sophora tonkinensis Gagnep. war. polyphylla
