百草枯集束化治疗疗效分析

摘要】目的:探讨百草枯集東化( Bundle)治疗的临床效果。方法:本院ICU于2011年开始进行百草枯 Bundle治疗,将
2010年百草枯中毒患者设为对照组,2011年至2012年百草枯中毒患者设为治疗组,比较两组疗效情况。结果:我院重症医
学科从2010年1月至2012年8月共收治百草枯中毒患者49例。其中治疗组32例,平均年龄皊3388岁,平均服药量59.52
mL,接受百草枯 Bundle治疗,经过随访,存活21例,死亡11例,成功救治率65.6%;对照组17例,平均年龄32.53岁,平均服
药量50.00mL,接受常规农药中毒救治方案,经过随访,存活5例,死广12例,成功救治率29.4%。治疗组灌流次数比对照组
多,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组住院时间更长,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组存活率大大高于对照组,
两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: Bundle y治疗可以显著提高百草枯中毒患者生存率,并且越早开始 Bundle治疗
救治成功率越大,但尚需要更多研究来验证与完善 Bundle治疗。

The effect analysis of integrated bundle therapy for paraquat poisoning

Abstract) Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of the integrated bundle therapy for paraquat poisoning. Methods: The integrated
bundle therapy for paraquat poisoning was performed in ICU of the hospital in 2011. The patients during 2010 treated by normal ways
were included into the control group. From 201 1 to 2012, all the patients poisoned by paraquat were given integrated bundle therapy
which was classified into the test group. Then the clinical effects between the two groups were compared. Results: From January 2010 to
August 2012, 49 patients poisoned by paraquat were ineluded into this research, among which, 32 were allocated into the test group
whose mean age was 33.88 years old, with meam amount of paraquat 59. 52 ml, They accepted the integrated bundle therapy, The fol-
lowing-up shows 21 survivors and 1I deaths. The successful rate was 65.6%. On the other hand, 17 were allocated into the control group
with the mean age of 32 53 years old and mean amount of paraquat 50. 00 ml. They were treated by routine ways, The following-up
shows 5 survivors and 12 deaths with a surviving rate of 29.4%. The patients in the test group accepted much more hemoperfusion than
the control group. There is statistic difference(P< 0. 05) And more patients survived in the test group. There is statistic difference. (P
<0.05).Conclusion: The integrated bundle therapy can improve the survival rate of paraquat poisoning. The earlier therapy is accept
ed, the higher rate of survival will be get. However, more researches were needed for validation and improvement.

百草枯( paraquat,PQ)是一种快速灭生性除草等器官均可产生致死毒性,而对肺的毒性最高,死亡
剂,具有触杀作用和一定内吸作用。能迅速被植物率高达50%~80%12,并且其治疗无特效解毒剂
绿色组织吸收,对非绿色组织没有作用,在土壤中迅无特殊救治方式,为此本研究综合了大量百草桔救
速与土壤结合而纯化,对植物根部及多年生地下茎治经验,形成百草枯 Bundle治疗方案,并对其治疗
及宿根无效。百草桔对消化道、肾脏、肝脏、心脏效果进行探讨。
