摘要:【目的]探寻迂宜热帯地区黄灯笼辣椒育畄遮光的遮阳网及遮光时段,为海南黄灯笼辣椒生产提供参考依
据。[方法)分别设置遮光率30%(T3)、50%(TS)、70%6(T7)和90%(T9)4个处理,以大棚内不遮光为对照(CK),测定黄
灯笼辣椒(热辣2号)的形怣指标、壮苗指数及叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量和最大光化学效率(FvFm),探讨熟
带地区夏秋季不同遮光处理对海南黄灯笼辣椒幼苗的影响。[结果〕随着遮光率的增加,热辣2号的形态指标、壮苗指
数、叶绿素含量和FvFm呈下降趋势;T3处理的叶片在光合作用旺盛阶段净光合速率(Pn)最高,说明光照过高或过低
均抑制黄灯笼辣椒的光合作用;对照(CK)辣椒幼苗的株高、茎粗、光合产物积累、壮苗指数、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖?
量和Fv/Fm均显著高于T5、T7和T9处理(P<0.05,下同);CK、TS、T7和T9处理的黄灯笼辣椒幼苗叶片质膜透性显著高
于T3处理,脯氨酸含量显著低于T3处理。【结论]热带地区夏秋季选用遮光率30%的遮阳网在中午对黄灯笼辣椒幼苗
进行短期遮光,可减少高光强对黄灯笼辣椒幼苗的影响,有利于培育健壮的黄灯笼辣椒种苗。

Abstract: Objective The proper shading rate and timing for Capsicum chinense Jacq. cultivation in tropical area
