双功能光稳定剂的合成及性能测试

摘要以2-[21ー羟基-4-(2-氧基乙酸乙酯基)苯基]-2Hー苯并三唑和5-氯-2-[2
羟基-4-(2-氧基乙酸乙酯基)苯基]-2Hー苯并三唑为原料分別与2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇和1,2,
2,6,6~四甲基哌啶醇进行酯交换反应得到4个含受阻胺结构的苯并三唑类双功能光稳定剂(「、Ⅱ、Ⅲ
和Ⅳ)。测试了该四个双功能光稳定剂紫外吸收光谱、光稳定性及热稳定性,在270~400nm均有较强的
吸收峰,其摩尔消光系数分别为(8mx10)2.3610、2.5697、2.4238和2.5342,与未含受阻胺结构间苯二
酚型苯并三咝类紫外线吸收剂UV-366波长和摩尔消光系数相同,是烷基取代酚苯并三唑紫外线吸收
剂UVP的1.7~1.8倍。该双功能光稳定剂的光稳定性和热稳性与UV-366和UV-P相比有明显提
高,光老化24h后该四个双功能光稳定剂只分解了14%~18%,添加该四个光稳定剂的石蜡光老化24h
后变黄指数为0.73~1.45,而添加UV-P和UV-366则分解了75%和3.81%,光老化24h后黄变指数
为3.75和3.33;该双功能光稳定剂失重1%时的温度为263~280℃,而UV-P和UV-366失重1%时温
度则分别为153℃和192℃。

Abstract: The four new bifunctional light stabilizers( I, Il, Il, IV)which used 2-[2'-hydroxy-4-(2
oxyethyl acetate )phenyl]-2h-benwotriazole and 5-chloro-[2'-hydroxyl-4-(2- oxyethyl acetate
phenyl]-2h -benzotriazole as raw materials respectively were synthesized. Their Uv-spectra, lighl ability and
thermal ability were measured. the molar absorption coefficients(gm 10 )are 2. 3610, 2. 5697, 2. 4238 and
2. 5342respectivly, compared with UV-P(1. 373 )and UV-366(2. 1058)in dioxane. the percent decomposition
in dioxane after 24 h xenon exposure are 16.63%, 14. 14%, 18.67%0 and 13. 55% respectivly, compared with
UV-P(75% )UV-366(33.81%). The yellowing index(AYT )in paraffin wax after 24 h xenon exposure are
1.075, 1. 145, 1. 450 and 0. 73 respectivly compared with UV-P(3. 75 )and U 366(3.33). The temperature of
thermal decoposed byl%are271℃,280℃,256℃and263℃ respectively compared with UV-P(153℃)
and UV-366(192℃)
