摘要:目的使用液相色谱-四级杄飞行时间质谱筛选代谢对羟基乙酮的芽胞杆菌。方法以20种不同芽
胞杆菌为硏究材料,采用液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱( liquid chromatography/ quadrupole time-of- flight mass
spectrometry, LC-QTOF-MS)技术,通过分子特征提取和谱库检索,获得总体代谢物信息。结果筛选出1株
能够代谢对羟基苯乙酮的芽胞杆菌,为福氏芽胞杆菌FJAT-10032,测试结果中,该化合物精确分子量为
136.0522,与 Metlin谱库检索得分为90.97,占菌株FJAT-10032总代谢物相对含量为1.39%。结论福氏芽
胞杆菌能够产生对羟基乙酮,本研究为该菌的开发和利用提供理论依据。

Screening of Bacillus strains producing 4-hydroxyacetophenone by liquid
chromatography/quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry

ABSTRACT: Objective To screen the Bacillus strains producing 4-hydroxyacetophenone by liquid
chromatography/quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(lc-qtof-ms) Methods Extracellular metabolites
of 20 Bacillus strains were analyzed by LC-QTOF-MS. The information of total metabolites was obtained by
molecular feature extraction and spectral library search. Results The results showed that only one Bacillus strain
Bacillus fordii FJAT-10032 that producing 4-hydroxyacetophenone. The exact mass of the compound was 136.0522
The relative content of 4-hydroxyacetophenone was 1.39% with match score of 90.97. Conclusion This study
rovides the theory basis for the development and utilization of Bacillus fordii FJAT-10032, which can produce
4-hydroxyacetophenone
