摘要」以对甲苯磺酸(PーTsOH)为催化剂、乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-Na2)为双氧水稳定剂,由甲酸和双氧水原位生成过甲酸
对大豆油进行环氧化反应。考察了催化剂、甲酸溶液、双氧水和稳定剂用量以及反应温度和反应时间对产物环氧值的影响。实验
结果表明,加入少量稳定剂可提高产物的坏氧值;随催化剂和甲酸溶液用量的増加、反应温度的升高和反应时间的延长,产物环氧
值呈现先增大后减小的趋势;随双氧水用量的增加,产物环氧值增大。大豆油环氧化反应的适官条件为:大豆油用量100g,88%
(质量分数)的甲酸溶液用量6.5%(相对于大豆油的质量,下同),50%(质量分数)的双氧水用量47%,EDTA-Na2用量0.006%
-TsOH用量0.05%,反应温度70℃,反应时间8.0h;在此条件下,环氧大豆油的环氧值为6.57,残余碘值为4.26。

Epoxidation of Soybean Oil with Toluene-p-sulfonic Acid as Catalyst

L Abstract] Soybean oil was epoxidized by performic acid, which was obtained by in situ reaction of
formic acid with hydrogen peroxide, with toluene-p-sulfonic acid(-tsoh) as the catalyst and
disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate(edta-na2 )as the stabilizer of hydrogen peroxide. The effects
of catalyst dosage, formic acid dosage, hydrogen peroxide dosage, stabilizer dosage, reaction time and
reaction temperature on the epoxidation were investigated. The results showed that addition of a little
EDTA-NA could obviously increase the epoxy value of the product. With the increases of the P-TSOH
Ind formic acid dosages, and reaction temperature rise and reaction time prolonging, the epoxy value
of the product showed a tendency of first increase and then decrease. In the range of the experiments
the epoxy value increased with increase of the hydrogen peroxide dosage. Under the optimum
conditions: soybean oil 100 g, 88%(mass fraction) formic acid solution 6.5 g, 50%(mass fraction y
H2 O solution 47 g, EDTA-NA2 0. 006 g, P-TSOH 0. 05 g, reaction temperature 70 C and reaction
time 8.0 h, the epoxidized soybean oil with epoxy value 6. 57 and iodine value 4.26 could be
obtained
