表征及其吸油性能

摘要!以纤维素(棉浆粕)为基材硝酸铈铵-HNO为引发剂、甲基两烯酸丁酯(BMA)为接枝单体、N,N'ー亚甲基双丙烯酰胺
为交联剂,采用悬浮振荡接枝聚合法合成了棉浆粕-BMA接枝聚合吸油材料。用FIR,XRD,SEM,TG-DSC等分析手段对产
物的结构进行了表征,提出了用聚合度增量法测定产物接枝率的新方法,并对产物的吸油率、保油率、吸油速率、水面浮油回收率
等吸油性能及其重复使用性能进行了分析。实验结果表明,产物为棉浆粕与BMA的接枝聚合物,该产物对黏度较大和极性较强
的油品有较高的吸油率,对各类油品都具有较高的吸油速率,对不易挥发的油品有较好的保油率,水面浮油回收率低于产物饱和
吸油率,回收规律与吸油规律基本一致,即吸油性能较好的试样对水雨浮油的回收能力也较高。

Abstract A cellulose-based oil absorbent, butyl methacrylate-cellulose(cotton pulp graf
copolymer, was synthesized using butyl methacrylate as grafting monomer, Ce(NH,)(NO )/HNO
as initiator and N, ' -methylene-bis-acrylamide as crosslinker on the cellulose substrate by suspension
graft copolymerization. The synthesized graft copolymer was characterized by means of FTIR, XRD
SEM and TG-DSC. A new method of determining the graft yield by polymerization degree addition
method was suggested. The products oil absorption properties such as oil absorption, oil retention, oil
absorption rate, recovery of floating oil on the water surface and repeatability were evaluated. The
results showed that the product, poly(butyl methacrylate)-couton pulp graft copolymer, had strong oil
absorption to sticker and more polar oil, a high oil absorption rate for various oil and good oil retention
for less volatile oils. Its recovering ability to floating oil on the water surface was lower than its
saturated oil absorption
