鲜香菇中甲醛含量的连续监测分析

摘要:目的对河北和北京2个地区来源于市场和生产基地的鲜香菇中的甲醛含量进行连续监测,探究鲜香
菇中甲醛含量随时间的变化规律。方法利用高效液相色谱法测定香菇样品中的甲醛含量,并对不同来源样品
中的甲醛含量进行对比分析,分析造成含量不同的原因。结果来源于多个产地的北京市售鮮香菇中的甲醛含
量较河北市售鲜香菇高;规范管理条件下的鲜香菇中的甲醛含量相对较高,生长态势较好。结论对鮮香菇中
的甲醛含量进行持续监测对于监控市场鮮香菇的质量变化、预測预防香菇生产过程中可能出现的病害或误操
作等问题具有较强的现实意乂。

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the variation re ularity of formaldehyde content in fresh Lentinula edodes with
timc by continuous monitoring and analysis the contcnt o[ ormaldehyde in fresh lentinula edodes from markets and
production bases of Hebei province and Beijing. Methods The content of formaldehyde in fresh Lentinula edodes
was detected by high performance liquid chromatography And the content of formaldehyde in samples from different
sources was compared and analyzed. Results The contcnt of formaldehyde in the fresh Dentinal edodes sold in
Beijing which from a number of sources was higher than that from Hebei province Under the standard management
conditions, the content of formaldehyde in the fresh Lentin/ edodes was higher and the growth situation was better
Conclusion There is a strong practical significance o[ the continuous monitoring o! formaldchyde contenl in the
fresh Lentinula edodes on the monitoring ofquality change, prediction and prevention of the disease or wrong
operation and other problems in the production process of Letinous edodes
