埋地钢制管道全面检验及合于使用评价的应用

摘要:西气东输工程实施十多年来,埋地管道得到了广泛使用。根据"TSGD7003-2010《压カ管
道定期检验规则一一长输(油气)管道》和TSGD7004-2010《压力管道定期检验规则一一公用管
道》的要求,为了保证理地钢制管道的安全运行,需对埋地钢制管道进行定期检验,包括年度检查
全面检验和合于使用评价。目前,国内检验及合于使用评价工作处于起步阶段。以某使用9a的
埋地天然气管道为例,对其进行了全面检验及合于使用评价,为埋地钢制管道的安全检验工程应用
提供了参考

Application of Comprehensive Inspection and Fitness for Buried Steel Pipeline

Abstract: Since the West-to-east Gas Pipeline Project has been implemented in about 10 years
the buried pipelines are widely used. Aceording to TSG D7003-2010"Pressure Piping Periodic
Ins pection Regulation-long Distance (Oil and Gas) Pipeline"and TSG D7004-2010pres
sure Piping Periodic Inspection Regulatio
Utility Pipeline, it is necessary to perform the
regular inspection of buried steel pipelines in order to ensure the safety of that, annual inspec
tions, comprehensive inspection and fitness for service are included in the regular inspection. At
present, the project is in its infancy. A city buried gas pipeline which was used in about 9 years
taken into consideration, then, the practice of comprehensive inspection and fitness for service is
performed. It provides a reference for the engineering application of buried steel pipeline
Inspection.

目前,我国的西气东输工程已实施十多年,部分使得事故发生的可能性増加,因此应建立可靠的检
