摘要建立了一种测定羧酸型双子表面活性剂中残阕一氯乙酸钠含量的离子色谱法。试样经前处理柱 Dionex Ongpard RP
预处理后可去除其中的疏水性千扰物。针尉双子表面活性剂中存在较多其他阴离子,优化了色谱条件,即采用起始浓度为8.0
mmoL的KOH溶液为淋洗液进行梯度洗脱, dopac AS19阴离子分析杜(4mx250mm)和AG19保护柱(4mx50mm),杜
温30℃,电导池检测器检測。在优化的色谱条件下、一氧乙酸钠的线性回归方程为p-11013A+0.0867(P为双子表面活性剂
中一氯乙酸钠的质量浓度;4为峰面积),线性范为0.~10.0mgL,相关系数为0,994,相对标准偏差为1.24%,回收率在
99.0%~102.9%之,定最检出下限为0.060mgiL。该方法操作方便,简单快速,精密度高,重复性好,适用于双子表活

Abstract] An ion chromatography for measuring the content of sodium monochloroacetate(SMCA)
residue in carboxylic Gemini surfactants was developed. Samples were pretreated in a cartridge( Dionex
Onguard I RP) to remove hydrophobic disturbers. To eliminate the interference of many other
anions in the Gemini surfactants, the chromatographic conditions were optimized. The separation of
sodium monochloroacetate was performed on an Ionpac AS19(4 mm x 250 mm)ion exchange column
and an AG19(4 mm x 50 mm ) guard column using conductivity detector and gradient elution with
initial concentration 8.0 mmol/L KOH solution at column temperature 30 C. Under the optimized
conditions, the regression equation was expressed as =11.0134-00867(p: mass concentration of
SMCA: A: peak area)with the correlation coefficient of 0.9994 and the standard deviation of L.24%
in the linear range of 0.1-10.0 m L. The quantitative detection imil was 0.060 m/and the recover
was in the range of 99.0%-102 9%. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate
