幼苗生长的影响

擠要:【目的研究竹醋液对不同品种烤烟种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,为其在烟草生产上的应用提供参考。【方
法]采用室内培养皿种子萌发试验和温室育苗方法,分别设50、100、200、400倍竹醋液稀释处理,以清水为对照,测定
云烟97、贵烟2号、韭菜坪2号、毕纳1号和红花大金元种子发芽和云烟97烟苗生长的相关指标。【结果】与对照相比,使
用不同浓度竹醋液抑制了不同烤烟品种种子的萌发和生长,各烤烟品种的种子发芽率、种子发芽指数、幼苗全长、根
长和茎长、鲜重出现不同程度降低,且大部分达显著水平(P0.05,下同);50倍竹階液处理完全抑制了供试烤烟品种
种子的萌发。随着培养皿中竹醋液浓度的增加,各烤烟品种种子发芽率、种子发芽指数幼苗全长、根长、茎长、鲜重均
呈降低趋势:除红花大金元外,其他烤烟品种的种子活力指数表现为:100倍<200倍<400倍<对照,且各处理间差异显
著。在幼苗期对云烟97叶面喷施不同浓度竹醋液,与对照相比,除200倍处理的基围、50倍处理的最大叶长和100倍处
理的叶片叶绿素含量外,喷施不同浓度竹醋液可不同程度提高云烟97幼苗的株高、茎围、最大?长和叶宽、干物质重
根系体积。不同浓度竹醋液处理中,以100倍处理株高、最大叶长和根系体积最高,分别为3.36cm和10.14cm、0.92
L;以400倍处埋的烟苗茎围、干物质重、最大叶宽达到最高,分别为1.82cm、0,262g和5.74cm,(结论)在培养皿中添
加不同浓度竹醋液会抑制烤烟种子萌发和幼苗生长;漂浮育茵过程中,对幼苗叶片喷施100400倍竹醋液,可在不同
程度上促进幼苗生长并改善其质量

Abstract: Objective The present experiment was conducted to study the influences of bamboo vinegar on seed
germination and
edling growth of diffe
le-cured tobacco varieties in order to provide references for its applica
tion in tobacco production. I Method ]By using indoor culture dish method and greenhouse seedling-raising plate cul
ture, four different bamboo vinegar dilutions (400, 200, 100, and 50 times)were designed and water was used as the
control (CK ) .The germination indices of Yunyan 97, Guiyan 2, Jucaiping 2, Bina 1 and Honghuadajinyuan were
vinegar dilutions could inhibit the seed germination and seedling growth of all Mlue-cured tobacco varieties. The see
germination rate and index, whole length, root length, stem length and fresh weight of seedling for all varieties pre
sented decreasing to varying degrees. The bamboo vine
ar dilution of 50 times showed thorough inhibition to se
mination of all varieties. With the increase of bamboo vinegar concentration in culture dish, the seed germination rate
and index, whole length, root length, stem length and fresh weight of seedling for all varieties showed decreas
rend. Excepting for variety Honghuadajinyuan, the sequence from low to high for seed vigor index of the other varieties
