摘要]采用萃取、分离工艺从生产聚醚多元醇(PPG)的滤渣中回收PPG和KH2PO4。实验结果表明:用于生产聚
氨酯(PU)泡洣包装块和高回弹泡洣制品的PPG的滤渣适宜采用该工艺回收;本实验最佳工艺条件为KH2PO4结
晶母液与滤渣质量比为2.0,萃取温度80-90℃,萃取时间60~90min,静置温度80~90℃,静置时间不少
24h,结晶搅拌转速400r/min,KH2PO浓缩液pH4.6~4.7,结晶冷却速率不超过0.7℃/min,结晶温度-2
0℃,结晶时间1.5-2.0h。在优选J工艺条件下,滤渣的PPG平均收率为88.2%,质量指标达到QSH060012

Recovery of Polyether Polyol and Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate from
Filter Residue in Polyether Polyol Production

Abstract Polyether polyol(PPG )and KH, PO, were recovered from the filter residue in PPG production
by extraction and crystallization process. PPG is the raw material for the production of polyurethane
(PU) foam block and high resilient foam. The experimental results show that this recovery process is
suitable for the filter residue in PPG roduction. The optimum process conditions are as follows: mas
ratio of KH, PO, crystallization mother liquor to filter residue 2.0, extraction temperature 80-90 C
extraction time 60-90 min, standing temperature 80-90 C, standing time not less than 24 h, stiring
speed for crystallization 400 I/min, concentrated KH, PO solution PH 4. 6-4. 7, cooling rate not more
than 0. 7 C/min, crystallization temperature2-0 C, crystallization time 1. 5-2.0 h. Under these
conditions, the average yield of PPG is 88. 2%, and the product quality meets the enterprise standard Q
SH1060 012-2010 of Tianjin petroleum chemical corporation, STNOPEC; the average yield of KH PO, is
81.8%, and the product quality meets the first grade industrial product standard of HG2321-92
