行驶工况实验研究
摘 要
车辆
行驶工况主要用于车辆及发动机经济性能和排放性能的评价,其能否反映车辆及发动机在特定交通条件下的真实工况直接关系到能否对车辆及发动机的经济性能和排放性能进行合理的评价。而能否对车辆及发动机的经济性和排放性进行准确测试和合理评价,又直接影响到能否对车辆及发动机的经济性和排放性进行合理有效的优化。
本文以潍坊市乘用车为研究对象,确定了潍坊市乘用车道路试验方案,对比分析国内外车辆
行驶工况解析方法,确立了潍坊市乘用车行驶工况解析方法和行驶工况解析过程所应用软件,采用主成分分析和聚类分析两种高级数据处理技术,在进行道路试验的基础上,利用行程分析理论建立了能够反映潍坊市乘用车实际运行的行驶工况;然后通过特征参数值对所建立车辆行驶工况进行分析,探讨了潍坊市车辆运行状况存在的问题,以及出现这些情况的原因,同时阐述了交通信号灯对所建立行驶工况的影响;最后对比分析了潍坊工况与其他典型工况,结果发现,其他工况显然不能真实反映出潍坊的实际状况。建议采用潍坊市自身的乘用车综合行驶工况,以便制定出更科学更符合实际的乘用车污染控制对策。

ABSTRACT
Vehicle condition is mainly used for evaluation of vehicle and engine of economic performance and emissions performance, it can reflect the vehicle and engine in a specific traffic conditions in real working condition is directly related to whether the vehicle and engine economic performance and emissions performance and reasonable evaluation. And whether the vehicle and engine fuel economy and emissions for accurate testing and evaluation, but also directly affect the ability of vehicles and fuel economy and emission of the reasonable effective optimization.
In this paper, the passenger car of Weifang city as the research object, the passenger car of Weifang city road test scheme, comparative analysis of domestic and foreign vehicle driving cycle analysis method, established the vehicle driving cycle analysis method and analytic process of the application software running in Weifang City, using principal component analysis and cluster analysis of two kinds of advanced data processing technology, in the based on the theoretical analysis of the road test, established to reflect the Weifang city by driving car running through stroke; then the established vehicle driving cycles were analyzed through the characteristic parameter, the running state of the vehicle in Weifang City, and the reasons of these conditions, the traffic signal lamp the effects of running conditions; finally, the comparative analysis of Weifang and other typical working conditions, results, other conditions obviously can't reflect the real situation of Weifang. Passenger car comprehensive driving conditions recommended Weifang city itself, in order to develop passenger vehicle pollution control strategies more scientific and more practical.
