摘藝;用活性炭吸附去除大豆磷脂中的内毒素。以磷脂残留的内毒肃度和磷脂回收率为指标,
考察了活性炭用量、吸附温度、吸附时间对内毒脱除效果的彩响。在单因素试验的基础上,通过
正交试验,得到最佳エ艺参数:活性炭用量0.6%,吸附时间40muin,吸附温度50℃。在最佳条件
下,测得磷脂中细茵内毒素的浓度为1102×10-3EU/mL,回收率为89.65%。

Abstract The activaed carbon was used to remove he bacterial endotoxin from lecithin. The effects of
dosage of activated carbon, adsorption temperature, adsorption time on the residual endotoxin concentra
tion and recovery rate of lecithin were investigated. Based on the results of single factor tests, the orthog
onall experiment was i ized to obtain the optimal conditions as follows dosage of activated carbon 0.6%
adsorption temperature 50C, adsorption time 40 min. Under the optimal conditions, the concentration of
bacterial endotoxin of lecithin was 11.02 x 10"EU/ml, and the product recovery rate was 89. 65%
