废玻璃对排水沥青混合料路用性能影响研究

[摘要]先评估玻璃砂和天然细粒料的特性差异,接着以不同比例的玻璃砂来取代排水混合料中细粒料部
分,探讨其在工程性质上的表现和影响。玻璃砂相较于天然细粒料,吸水率低且比重略小,取代排水混合料中细粒
料部分时会有较厚的沥青薄膜厚度,增加其抗磨耗表现;但随着添加比例上升,对于孔隙率及排水能力虽然影响不
大,但都有略为下降趋势。表面纹理平滑使得玻璃砂取代越多,稳定度会略微降低。此外玻璃多角的特性,提供混
合料在抗拉强度上有较佳表现。另外从回弹模量和流值以及车撤试验得知,玻璃砂会使得排水混合料有较高的变
形量,增加其塑性,防止裂缝及龟裂产生。抗水侵害能カ方面,在水侵害初期添加玻璃比例越多,剥脱情形会较严
重;但随浸水天数拉长,有无添加玻璃砂的混合料的强度损失率已差异很小。综合各项试验评估,应用玻璃砂于排
水混合枓中,建议玻璃砂最适当的取代量为5%左右。

L Abstract] The purpose of this study was to assess diffe

grained material part, discuss the performance and influence on engineering properties. Glass sand com-
pared with natural fine aggregate, bibulous rate is low and a slightly smaller proportion, replace the
drainage mixture of fine aggregate part will have thicker asphalt film thickness, increase its abrasion re
sistance performance; But with the adding proportion rises, although little impact on porosity and drain-
age ability, but has a slightly downward trend. The more smooth surface texture makes glass sand to re-
place, stability wil decrease slightly. Besides glass more angular features, provide the mixture has better
performance in tensile strength. In addition from the modulus of resilience and flow values, and rutting
test, glass sand will make the drainage mixture have higher deformation, increase its plasticity, to pre
vent the cracks and crack. Ability to resist water enroach on, at the beginning of the water enroach on
adding proportion of glass, the more stripped situation is more serious; But along with the immersed days
stretched, with or without adding glass sand mixture strength loss rate has small differences. Considerin
various test evaluation, application of glass sand in drainage mixture, suggest glass sand is the most ap-
propriate to replace quantity is approximately 5
