TBP萃取铋电解液中的锑

摘要:研究用TBP从铋电解液中萃取分离锑鉍,考察了溶液中锑鉍以单组分存在时,初始水相酸度、
TBP浓度和相比对锑铋萃取分离的影响,绘制了锑铋的萃取等温线。结果表明,有机相组成为25%
TBP-7%辛醇一磺化煤油,初始水相酸度为6mol/1,萃取相比O/A=1:1时,锑的萃取分配比最大,鉍
的分配比较小。对于实际铋电解液中萃取分离锑铭,鉍电解液盐酸浓度为4mol/L,相比O/A=1:1,有
机相组成为25%TBP-7%辛醇一磺化煤油时,锑的萃取率为65%;经过3级逆流萃取,锑的萃取率达

SOLVENT EXTRACTION OF ANTIMONY IN BISMUTH ELECTROLYTE BY TBP

ABSTRACT: The extraction separation of Sb from Bi electrolyte by tri-butyl phosphate(TBP) was studied. For
the solution in which only ions of antimony and bismuth exist as metal ions, the influence of several variables on the
Sb and Bi extraction separation, including water acidity, TBP concentration and phase ratio(O/A) in aqueous
phase were investigated, the extraction isotherm of Sh and Bi were measured and drawn. The results show that the
distribution ratio of Sb is the largest, the distribution ratio of Bi is the smallest when the organic phase composition
is 25% TBP-7% octanol-sulfonated kerosene, water acidity is 6 mol/L and O/A=1: 1. For the extraction separa-
tion of Sh from Bi in actual electrolyte, the extraction rate of Sh is 65% when the organic phase composition is 25%o
TBP-7% octanol-sulonated kerosene, Bi electrolyte centration of h drochloric acid is 4 mol/L and /A=1: 1
After three stages of counter-current extraction, the extraction rate of Sb is 94. 2%0

锑是铋电解精炼过程中有害杂质,也是电解程中,必须对铋电解液进行净化除锑。日前,国内外
液净化的主要对象之一。由于锑与电位接近,电研究了多种电解液净化除杂方法,如离子交换法、沉
解精炼铋时,随着电解的不断进行,富集在电解液中淀法、溶剂萃取法等,其中关于溶剂萃取法脱除电解
锑会以化学沉积的方式在阴极鉍上沉淀,导致阴极液中杂质的研究有许多2。有研究报道武金
铋中锑含量升高,品质下降。因此,在铋电解精炼过朋7用TBP与N1923协调萃取铜电解液中的砷锑
鉍,銻的萃取率为72.06%;韩文利以20%N1923
