摘要:目的对茶多酚的急性毒性进行研究,为其在保健食品中的应用提供理论依据。方法将大鼠分为6
个组,大鼠灌胃剂量分别为1.002.15、4.64、10.0、21.5gkg和空白对照组。按大鼠体重20mLkg给予各浓
度的受试液灌胃,每天灌胃2次、连续灌胃14d。结果高剂量茶多酚漄胃大鼠后相继出现死亡,低剂量组
(1.00gkg、2.15g/kg)大鼠于14d后解剖观察,未发现明显异常;与空白对照组比较,大鼠脏器重和脏体比,无
显著差异(P~0.05)。各剂量组大鼠体重与对照组比较、差异无统计学意义(P~0.05)。结论茶多酚属低毒级、在
以后的生产应用中应该注意其用量

Experimental study on acute toxicity of tea polyphenols

ABSTRACT: Objective lo study the acute toxicity of tea polyphenols in order to provide a theoretical basis
for the application in health [ood. Methods The rats were divided into 6 groups, i.e. the five groups fed with
the intragastric dose of 1.00, 2.15, 4.64, 10.0, 21.5 gkg respectively and the blank control group. The rats were
given test solutions of different concentrations by the weight capacity of 20 ml /k, twice a day for consecutive
14 days. Results Successional death occurred in rats fed with high doses of polyphenols. No obvious
abnormalities were observed in rats of low dose groups (1.00 g/kg, 2.15 gkg )after dissection at 14 d. I here
were no significant differences in the organ weight and the ratio of organ to body weight compared with the
control group(1-0.05). There was no statistical significance in the body weight in comparison of the rals in
cach dose group and the control group (P- 0.05). Conclusion Ica polyphenols arc at low toxicity levcl, and
attentions should be paid to their dosage during the production and application of tca polyphenols in the future

效成分是茶多酚( (tea polyphenols,"IP),茶多酚以儿茶
茶是一种养生的保健饮料、《本草拾遗》中有诸素、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯( EGCG)为主。茶
药为各病之药、茶为万病之药”的论述。联合国联合多酚又名茶鞣质、茶单宁,是茶叶中类多羟基酚类化
