    摘要:为探讨营养素预混料稀释剂粉体的流动性、喷流性、吸湿性,使用粉体鑅合特性测试仪对待研究
    样品的休止角、崩溃角、差角、平板角、松装密度、振实密度、压缩度、均齐度、分散度等物性指标进行测试
    计算,参照卡尔(Camr)流动性与嚙流性指数表计算出待研究样品的流动性指数及喷流性指数。基于实际生产
    及储藏可能所处环境,采用25℃,相对湿度75%条件考察样品24h内吸湿增重以表示样品吸湿情况。结果显
    示,稀释剂单体流动性指数最低41,最高665,喷流性指数最低35,最高72.,各单体在流动性能与流性
    能上存在相当差异。相同种类的稀释剂粉体一般具有相似的吸湿特性,不同类别的稀释剂单体间畋湿特性有较
    明显差异。样品中2h吸湿最多的是玉米淀粉,24h吸湿最多的是麦芽糊精。各类稀释剂存在不同程度物性差
    异,使流动性、喷流性、吸湿性物性指标成为生产高品质营养素预混料应考量的重要因素

    The research of physical property indices
    about nutrients premix carrier

    Abstract: This research aimed to evaluate the flowability, floodability and hygroscopicity of several powdery carriers
    used in nutrients premix product. Angle of repose, angle of fall, angle of difference, angle of spatula, aerated bulk
    density, packed bulk density, compressibility, uniformity coefficient and dispersibility of powdery carriers samples
    were determined with bulk powders characterization tester BT-1001. Then the flowability and floodability indices of
    powdery samples were calculated with reference to the table of Carrs flowability index and Carrs floodability index
    Based on the actual production and storage environment, weight growth of samples after 24h moisture absorption were
    investigated to represent the hygroscopicity, with 25 C, 75% relative humidity conditions Determination results
    of carriers samples showed that flowability index scores ranged from minimum 4I to maximum 66.5 and floodability
    index scores from minimum 35 to maximum 72.5. Magnitude of flowability and floodability indices of different
    powdery carriers varied greatly. There was similar hygroscopicity between the same type of carries and obvious
    difference between the different type. The most weight growth of samples after 2h moisture absorption were corn
    starch and were maltodextrin after 24]. Physical property varies in different degree with powdery monomer carriers
    of different kinds, which result in flowability, floodability and hygroscopicity should be considered seriously in high
    quality nutrients premix production.
