摘要:目的建立气相色谱法同时测定乳油农药中哒螨灵和联翠菊時成分的分析方法。方法采用气相色
普法,氢火焰离子化检测器和DB-1701毛细管色谱柱,以邻苯二甲酸二辛喘为内标物,对试样中哒螨灵和联
苯菊脂同时进行分离和检测,内标法定量。结果本方法在11min内完成了乳油农药中哒螨灵和联苯菊脂的
分离检测,标准偏差分別为0.03和0.02,变异系数分別为0.29%和0.99%,平均回收率分別为98.8%和100.3%.
线性相关系数分別为0.999和0.9994。结论该方法简便、快捷、准确、灵敏,可用于样品中的哒螨灵和联
苯菊的有效分离。

ABSTRACT: Objective To cstablish a mcthod for imultancous dctermination of pyridabin and bifenthrin in
emulsion pesticide by gas chromatography. Methods Pyridabin and bifenthrin were separated by gas
chromatography with DB-1701 chromatographic column and detected by ionization detector, with dioctyl phthalate
as intcrnal standard, and intcrnal standard mcthod was used for quantitativc analysis. Results The scparation and
detection of pyridabin and bifenthrin from the cmulsion pesticide were completed in II min. The standard deviations
for pyridabin and bifenthrin were 0.03 and 0.02, respectively, while coefficients of variation were 0.29% and 0.99%
average recoveries were 98 8 and 100.3 and linear correlation coefficients were 0.9996 and 0.9994 Conclusion
This mcthod is simple, rapid, accuratc and sensitive, which is suitable for the cflcctivc scparation of pyridabin and
bifenthrin in samplcs
