不同剂量特制牛肉汤对脑缺血大鼠神经
保护作用及其外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

〔摘要】目的探讨不同剂壘特制牛肉汤对局灶性脑缺血大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群免疫活性的彩响。方法将48
雄性SD大鼠分成假手术组「、假手术组且、模型组及低、中、高剂量特制牛肉汤组各8只。模型组和各剂量特制牛肉汤组以
线栓法建立永久性右侧大脑中动脉缺血模型。低、中、高剂量特制牛肉汤銀于造模后分别予200、400.600mg/(kg?d)特制牛
肉汤灌冐,假手术组五予600mg/(kg?d)特制牛肉汤,其余两组予等量生理盐水。分别于术后2h及7d采用 Longa译分法
进行神经功能缺损评分,并检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3'、CD4”、CD8)水平,计算CD4'/CD8值;于术后7d籴用2,
3,5-三苯基氯化四氣唑染色法浏定脑梗死体积分数。结果术后2h和7d,6组神经功能缺损评分,差异均无统计学意义
P>0.05)。术后?d,假手术組Ⅰ和假手术组Ⅱ大鼠脑组织均未见梗死灶,模型组和各剂量特制牛内汤組均可见梗死灶
中、高剂量特制牛肉汤组的脑死体积分数较模型組明显降低(P<0.05)。模型组外周血CD3、CD4"水平及CD4"/CD8
値明显低于假手术组I(P<0.05);与模型组相比,高剂量特制牛肉汤组外周血CD3~水平升高(P<0.05),低、中、高剂量
特制牛肉汤组外周血C4"水平升高(P均<0.05)。两组假手术组在脑梗死体积和外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平方面比较,
差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论特制牛肉汤可改善脑缺血大鼠的神经功能,对外周免疫抑制有调节作用,其机制
可能与其升高外周血CD3、CD4'水平有关。
