地下储气库方案优选新方法

摘要;评价和筛选最优的储气库建库方案能够为储气库安全高效运行提供保证。为此,建立了评价地下储气库方案的指
标体系结构,并对指标参数进行归一化处理;应用突变理论和模榭数学相结合的方法产生突变模糊隶属函数,应月该隶属函数
对地下储气库方案进行综合评价和筛选。该模型避免了模翃评价法、灰色物元法及层次分析等方法需要人为给定指标权重的
弱点,减少主观性又不失科学性,对地下储气库方案的优选具有指导意义。

Optimum method for underground gas storage projects based on catastrophe theory

Abstract: A new assessment method combined catastrophe theory and fuzzy mathematics is established and applied for the first
time to evaluate and select the optimum project of the underground gas storage, in which subordinate functions of assessment indexes
are derived with the combination of catastrophe theory and fuzzy mathematics. Based on these subordinate functions, comprehensiv
vaiues of all candidate underground gas storage projects are calculated, on which we base to select the best project. From example test
ing, it shows that result evaluated by the method is in accordance with other evaluation method's very well. The method can ensure the
veracity and creditability of the evaluated result and avoid the randomicity and troubling of hierarchy process, factor analysis, fuzzy
comprehensive appraisal and other assessment methods
