强磁场对Fe-0.4%C亚共析钢等温珠光体转变的影响

摘要:研究了8T强磁场对Fe-0.4%C亚共折钢在共析温度以下等温转变组织的影响。结果表明:8T强磁场促进了Fe0.4%C亚共
析钢中珠光体相变,但降低了完全转变后珠光体面积分数。这是由于强磁场提高了FeC钢A2温度,从而提高了亚共析钢中先共
析铁素体的百分比,降低残留奥氏体面积分数,导致完全转变后珠光体白分比更小。强磁场能升高共析转变温度,降低转变温度和
共析转变温度之比,从而使珠光体片层间距减小。

Influence of strong magnetic field on isothermal pearlite transformation in
Fe-0.4%C hypoeutectoid steel

Abstract Influence of a strong magnetic field of8ton microstrueture f F-0. 4% steel after isothemal ransformain below the eutectoid
temperature was investigated. The results show that pearlite transformation is accelerated but the final volume fraction of pearlite after
completely transformation is decreased by the magnetic field of 8 T. This is due to that the magnetie field raises the A, temperature in Fe
steel, thereby improves the fraction Mf proeutectoid ferrite and reduces the fraction of residual austenite. And thus, the magnetic field
decreases the proportion of pearlite relative to proeutectoid ferrite. The magnetic field can raise the eutectoid temperature and the ratio of
transformation temperature to the eutectoid temperature. So the magnetic field can decrease the interlamellar spacing of pearlite
