摘要
临床研究方面
目的:初步评价蒡勃乳蛾消颗粒治疗小儿咽喉肿痛外感风热证(急性扁桃体炎)的
有效性和安全性。
方法:通过随机、双盲双模拟、阳性药平行对照、多中心的临床试验方法,将符合
诊断标准的72例患儿分为试验组和对照组,试验组37例,对照组35例,试验组服用蒡
勃乳蛾消颗粒,对照组服用小儿清咽颗粒,两组均以5天为1疗程,通过中医证候分级量
化标准表,观察两组在治疗前后咽喉肿痛、发热等症状改善的情况
结果:试验组在退热时间方面优于对照组(P<0.05);其总体疗效与对照组比较,差异
无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
结论:蒡勃乳蛾消颗粒是一种治疗小儿咽喉肿痛外感风热证的有效药物。
理论研究方面
目的:总结小儿急乳峨的中医治疗方药规律,以指导临床研究。
方法:通过对近15年来小儿急乳蛾中医临床治疗的用药整理,统计临床常用中药,
分析常用治法与配伍形式
结果:临床治疗方药中连翘、金银花、甘草、桔梗、牛蒡子、薄荷、玄参等应用频
率最高,清热药占比例最大,故治疗以清热解毒为主,涉及解表、泻下、化痰、化瘀等多
法的配伍应用。
结论:中医药治疗小儿急乳蛾的方法以清热解毒法为核心。

Abstract
Cinical research
Objective: To evaluate efficacy of Bangboruexiao Granule due to Sore Throat in Children
Caused by Exogenous wind-heat
Methods: 72 patients consistence with diagnostic criteria were equally divided into the
experimental group and the control group in a random, single-blinded, positive and parallel
control way. The experimental group was administered with Bangboruexiao Granule, and the
control group was administered with Xiaoerqingyan Granule 5 days was acourse of
treatment. We observed the improvement situations of the sore throat, fever and other
symptoms in both grpups before and after the treatment according to the quantitative criteria
table of TCM syndrome classification
Results: Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference(P<0.5)in
the experimental group in improving the fever; Compared with the control group, there was no
significant difference(P>0.05)in the experimental group in improving the therapeutic.
Conclusion: Bangboruexiao Granule is effective due to Sore Throat in Children Caused b

Objective: To make clear the connotation of the methods in TCM therapy for Acut
tonsillitis
Methods: From the literature articles of acute tonsillitis on TCM clinical research in recent
fifteen years, Stat the mostly used herbs, analyze the relationships of the methods they
presented and the forms of the cooperation of them, then come to the core of therapeutic rule.
Results: Clearing heat and detoxifcation is the most important rule in TCM therapy for
acute tonsillitis. It involved the cooperation of relieving exterior, catharsis, dissipating phlegm
and relieving blood stasis. Herbs mostly used are jinyinhua, lianqiao, gancao, jiegeng
niubangzi, bohe
Conclusion: The main rule in treating Acute tonsillitis is clearing heat and detoxifcation
