摘要
汽车消费者对个性化的售后服务的要求越来越高,售后服务这个
环节作为汽车产业链的有机组成部分已经愈显重要。三湘汽配城在面
临着极大的市场机遇的同时又面临着强大而紧迫的外在压力。三湘汽
配城只有根据外在环境带来的机遇和压力的特点,充分发挥自己的创
业精神、企业品牌、专业经营管理经验等优势,克服企业内部员工整
体素质较低、经营管理水平不高、硬件设施较为落后等不足和缺陷,
制定科学的发展战略,才能走上健康发展的轨道
本文总结借鉴了学术界关于企业战略管理的研究成果,在分析三
湘汽配城发展战略形成的行业环境和内部背景的基础上,指出三湘汽
配城目前存在的主要问题,阐明了三湘汽配城的发展战略,包括战略
目标、战略方针及战略步骤,探索了三湘汽配城实施发展战略的内部
主要措施和外部支撑体系,即三湘汽配城必须采取有效措施,高度重
视人オ培养、强化基础设施、提高服务水平、多渠道筹措资金、培育
企业文化,并努力争取社会各界在法律、资金、信息和综合性服务等
多方面的提供,使三湘汽配城在不断变化的环境中健康持续地成长

ABSTRACT
Automobile consumers require higher and higher individualized
after-sale service, so the after-sale service is more and more important in
the automobile industry chain. San Xiang automobile fitting cities faces
the great market opportunity also faces very pressing external pressure
According to the characteristics of the opportunity and pressure brough
by the extemal environment, San Xiang automobile fitting cities must
gives full play to its own enterprising spirit and makes full use of
advantages, such as enterprise'brand, professional management and
administration, etc. At the same time, San Xiang automobile fitting cities
must overcome some disadvantages, such as the employees low quality,
inadequate managerial skill, comparatively backward hardware facilities
etc. Only by doing all these things, could enterprises develop in the right
direction
This essay, first of all, after summaring and drawing lessons from
the research results about enterprises strategic management of the
academia and on the basis of analyzing the trade environment and inside
background, dwells on the main problems existing currently in San Xiang
Automobile Fitting Cities, and then puts forward the development
strategy, including strategic objective, strategic policies and strategic
measures. It also explores the main operational measures related to the
development strategy inside San Xiang Automobile Fitting Cities and its
external supporting system, ie, the enterprise ought to take effective
measures, attach great importance to cultivating talents, strengthen
