山区重载铁路专用线设计探讨

摘要:随着国民经济的发展,重载铁路技术得到更多的应用,但目前关于山区重载铁路专用线设计的经验
较少。文章通过对山区重载铁路专用线设计有关问题进行探讨,以期对相关设计有一定帮助。山区重载铁
路专用线存在着所经区域地形起落大、地质条件复杂、采区、采空区等众多控制因素,文章论述了重载铁路专
用线列车编组大、长度长,列车牵引质量大、轴重大的特点,对重载铁路技术标准和煤炭车站布置图形等关键
问题进行了研究。通过分析研究,提出了山区重载铁路专用线关于轻重车限制坡度、曲线半径、到发线有效
长技术标准的选择方案,以及结合车站布置和相关需求提出了装车塔式、移动装车机快速装车系统的选择
方案。

Discussion on Problems of Design of Heavy-haul Special Railway
Line in Mountainous Area

Abstract: With the development of national economy, heavy-haul railway technology is more and more applied, but at
present there is less experience about the design s of heavy-haul special railway in mountainous area, discussion on prob-
lems related to design of heavy-haul special railway in the mountainous area is conducted so as to provide helpthe rele
vant design. The region where heavy-haul special railway in the mountainous area goes through is controlled by factors
such as large terrain ups and downs, complex geological conditions, mining areas and gobs. This paper discusses the
characters of the heavy-haul special railway line, including large marshalling, long length, large train tractive tonnage
and large axle load. The key problems such as heavy-haul special railway technical standard and coal station layout
graphics are studied. Based on the analysis and research, options of technical standards such as limiting gradient, curve
radius and effective length of arrival-departure track are proposed, and options of loading tower, mobile car charger rapid
loadout system are put forward according to the station layout and related requirements
