离子交换树脂处理三乙胺废水

[摘要]采用离子交换树脂对废水中三乙胺进行吸附。探讨了静态及动态吸附三乙胺的影响因素,考察了树脂的
脱附条件及其吸附稳定性。实验结果表明:RX01型树脂对三乙胺的吸附性能优于HD-81型和D155型树脂;在三
乙胺初始质量浓度为1500mgL、初始pH为115、吸附时间为2h、吸附温度为298K的静态吸附条件下,三乙胺
去除率为96.3%,饱和吸附量为145mgg,等浓度条件下阳离子影响的大小顺序为Ca2'>Mg'>K'>Nat';当三
乙胺初始质量浓度为1500mgL、废水流量为60BVh、动态吸附柱高径比为5.37时,穿透体积为70BV,出水
乙胺质量浓度小于3mgL,三乙胺去除率高达99.5%;以2molL的HCI溶液为脱附剂,脱附剂流量为]BVh、出
水体积为4BV时,三乙胺的脱附率达94.8%;在最优动态吸附-脱附条件下重复使用10次,树脂性能稳定

Abstract: Triethylamine(TEA ) in wastewater was adored using ion exchange resin. The effects on static and dynamic
absorption to TEA were studied, and the desorption conditions and the absorption stability of resin were investigated
The experimental results show that: The adsorption capability of resin RX01 is better than those of resin HD-81 and
resin D155; Under the static absorption conditions of initial TE A mass concentration 1 500 m/, initial PH 11.5
adsorption time h and adotion mperature 298 K, e TEA removal rate is 6.3, the Static saturated adsorption
capacity is 145 mg, and te influence sequence of cations under the same concentration is a>M>K>Na
When the initial TEA mass concentration is 1 500 mg/L, the wastewater flow is 60 BV/h and the rario of height to
diameter of the dynamic absorption column is 5.37, the penetration volume is 70 BV, the mass concentration of TEA in
the effluent is less than 3 mg/L with 99. 5% of the removal rate; When 2 mol /L Hcl solution is used as desorption agent
with 1 BV/h of flow and the effluent volume is 4 B, the TEA desorption rate reaches 94. 8%o; Furthermore, under the
optimum conditions, the resin has good and stable performance after reused for 10 times
