胶原蛋白自组装生物功能材料的研究进展

摘要:胶原蛋白在体外自组装形成高度有序的网状結枸,有利于细胞的黏附、増殖、扩散和迁移,具有良好的生
物相容性、伏异的カ学性能、可生物降解性和弱抗原性。本文首先介绍和分析了胶原蛋白自组装功能材料的4
种组装方法,即模板自組装法、原位自组装法、定向自组装法和诱导自组装法和分析的研究现状;比较了4种
自组装方法的组装原理和组装特点;然后总結了胶原蛋白自组装生物功能材料作为组织替代材籵,靶向给药材
料,光、电、声特异传导功能材料在再生医学、基因治疗、药物设计、组织工槿、医学影像等领域的应用现状
和发展趋势:最后指出了胶原蛋白自组装生物功能材料今后的研究方向,表明胶原蛋白自组装生物功能材料在
生物医学领域具有广阔的应用前景。

Progress of research on collagen self-assembly biological functional

Abstract: Collagen sclf-asscmblcd into highly ordered nctwork structurc in vitro, which helps to ccll
adhesion, proliferation, spreading, and migration. Collagen self-assembly biological unctional materials
have highly ordered structure characteristics, excellent mechanical properties, good biocompatibility
biodegradability, and low umuogcnic idiosyncrasy. The assembly proccss of thc four sclf-asscmbl
technologies, which are template sell-assembly technology, in situ selr-assembly technology, directed
selfassembly technology and induced self-assembly technology, is described. The status of research on
those four self-assembly technologies is presented. The theory and characteristic of [our self-assembly
technologics is discussed. Thcn, the application of collagen sclf-asscmbly biological function matcrials as
tissuc replaccment material, targeted drug dclivcry matcrial, functional matcrial of spccific conduction of
light, electricity, sound, is summarized. The development trend of collagen self-assembly biological
lunction materials in regenerative medicine, gene therapy, drug design, Lissue engineering, medical
imaging, etc, is identified. Finally, the direction of future development of collagen self-assembly
biological function matcrial is proposcd. Rcsults show that the collagen sclf-asscmbly biological
functional materials have broad applicalion prospects in biomedical field
