葵花油按摩促进早产儿体重增长的临床观察

摘要]目的:研究使用花油接摩是否能有效増加低出生体重早产儿的体重。方法:78例低出生体重早产
儿随机分成葵花油接摩组(41例,采用10ml?kg荽花油按摩)和无油按摩组(37例)。分別在按摩后1、2
个月测量体重、身长、头围等生长参数,并在2个月时评估疾病发生情况。结果:两组早产儿的年龄、胎龄、性
别、出生体重、身长、头围及住院时间、母亲教育水平等情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。荽花油按摩
组早产儿体重在按摩后1、2个月明显高于无油按摩组(P<0.05),且脓疱疮及尿布皮炎的发生率明显低于
无油按摩组(P<0.05)。结论:采用葵花油按摩可能促进低出生体重早产儿体重增长,防止皮肤感染。

L Abstract] Objective: To determine whether massage with Sunflower Oil enhances the weights of low birth weight
(LBW)preterm infants. Methods Eighty LBW preterm infants were randomly assigned to two groups to receive
moderate pressure massage alone or the same massage with Sunflower Oil. The growth parameters and any disease
that occurred( weight, height and head circumference )were evaluated at ages 1 and 2 months after intervention
Results: Seventy-eight infants including 39 girls and 39 boys with mean gestational age of(34+1.24) weeks were
evaluated. The differences in age, means of gestational age, sex, birth weight, birth height, birth head
ngth of NICU stay and maternal education between the two groups were not of statistical
significance(P >0. 05). In the Oil massage group, mean weight at ages 1 month and 2 months was significantl
greater than that of the body massage group(P<0.05), and the incidence of impetigo and diaper dermatitis was
significantly lower than that of the body massage group(P <0. 05).Conclusion; Sunflower Oil massage could be
used as an effective and safe intervention for weight gain in LBW preterm infants

早产在全球的发生率为8%~15%,中国早产儿生儿期及出生后患病的主要因素。有研究表明,对
