    摘要:通过常规生产床栽,对比研究姫松茸Cω辐射新菌株J和原菌株J』在营养品质以及重金属含量和农药残留情况。结果表
    明,姬松茸Cω辐射新菌株J子实体中鲜味氨基酸总量(56.5g“kg2)、甜味氨基酸总量(52.4g“kg2)、硫氨基酸总量(15.8g"kg)、支
    链氨基酸总量(38.1g“kg')、芳香族氨基酸总量(16.1g:kg)、儿童氨基酸总量(17.8g“kg)、必需氨基酸总量(95g?kg2),分别占
    氮基酸总量(221.7g?kg1)的25.48%、23.64%、7.13%、17.19%、7.26%、8.03%和42.85%,分别比姫松茸J高28.12%、12.93%、0%、
    14.41%、12.59%、16.34%和1176%。J3的多不饱和脂肪酸(76.15%)和不饱和脂肪酸(77、55%)分别比姫松茸原菌株J』高4.39%和
    3.82%。J3子实体含镉(3.86mg?kg1)、求(0.42mg?kg)和砷(0.09mg?kg),也分别比原菌株J低45.86%、32.25%和18.18%;其铅含
    量符合国家食用菌卫生标准CB7096-2003;砷含最符合国家绿色食品食用菌NYT749-2003的标准。子实体中联苯菊酯、溴
    氰菊酯、百菌清、六六六、多菌灵、阿维菌素、甲基托布津、甲胺礫、毒死蜱、滴滴涕和二氧化硫含量均符合国家绿色食品食用菌

    Analysis on Nutrients and Pesticide Residues in Strain J Agaricus blazei Murill Irradiated byo

    Abstract: A garicus blazei Murill as rare edible fungi was adored by more and more customers. But with the increasing attention of food hy-
    giene quality it was important guidance of the safety production of Agaricus blazei to understand the health status of Agaricus blazei in the ac-
    wual cullivalion. This paper sudied the diference in Lerms of nutritional quality, heavy melal contents and pesticide residues belween slrain J
    and JL. The resulls showed thal the contents of delicious amino acid(565 gk), weel amino acid(524gk) sulfur amino acid(15.8 g
    kg ) branched chain amino acid(38.1 gk), aromatic amino acid(16.1 kg), children amino acid(17.8gk ), necessary amino acid
    95.0 gk )in the fruit bodies of A garicws blazei J, occupied 25.48, 23.64%, 7.13%, 17.19, 7.26%,8.03% and 42.859 of total amount
    of amino acid(221.7gkg), respectively. These values were 28.12%, 12.93%, 0%, 14.41, 12.59%, 16.34%and 11.76 respectively high
    er whan those of Agaricus blei J The contenl of polyunsaturated ally acids(76.15%)and unsaturated fally acid(77.55%)in Aguricu blazei
    J3 were 4.39% and 3. 82%o higher than Aguricus blazei Ji, respectively. The contents of cadmium, mercury and arsenic in fruitbodies of Agricus
    blazei J were 3.86mgkg,0.42 mgkg and 0.09mgk ,respectively, and decreased by 45.,.25%and 18.18 than those of Aga
    icus blazei J. Lead content was lower than the limit of mushroom health standard of China(GB 7096-2003). Arsenic content was also lower
    than nalional green ood standard for edible ungus (NY/T749-2003)in hina. The residues of pesticides in the fruitbodies of Agaricus
    blazei J such as bifenthrin, deeamethim, chlorothalonil, hexachloroeyelo exane, carbendazim, avermectins, thiophanate-methyl, methami
    dopo, chlor yr s, DDT and O were lower han e lim s of national reen ood standard or edible fun us(ny749-2003), spec
    tively. Therefore, strain J; of Agaricus blazei has a higher application value
