苦地胆内酯对
嗜水气单胞菌感染斑马鱼保护效果的研究

摘要:在饲料中添加不同比例的苦地胆内酯,伺喂斑马鱼成鱼14d斤,采用创伤感染法构建斑马鱼嗜水
单胞菌感染模型,研究苦地胆内对
嗜水气单胞菌感染斑马鱼的保护效果。结果显示:饲喂含苦地胆内醋
0.4%、0.8%、1.6%饲料的斑马鱼,其存活率显著高于阳性对照组(P值<0.05);0.8%和1.6%6的苦地胆内对
近马鱼的保护率分别为(73.91+6.52)%和(73.91+1130)%,与0.1%恩诺沙星保护率(76.08+7.53)%相比
无显著差异(p值0.05)。一定剂量的苦地胆内脂对
嗜水气单胞菌感染斑马鱼具有保护效果。

Protective Effect of Elephantopus Scaber Lactones on
Zebrafish Infected by Aeromonas hydrophila

Abstract: Diffcrcnt proportions of Elephantopus scaber lactones(ESL)were added in the dicts of
zebrafish. Each diet was used to feed adult fish for 1 4 days, and then wound infection method was
adopted to build Aeromonas hydrophila(AH infection model, Morbidity and mortality wer
rccordcd to study whcther ESL had in vivo anti-infcction cffcct against AH in zebrafish. The rcsults
showed that fccd with 0. 4%, 0.8% and 1.6 of ESL significantly incrcascd the survival ratc of thc
zebralish Infected by AH <0.05): the protection rate of feed with 0.8%o and 1.6 of ESL were
(73.91+6.52) and (73.91+11.30)%, respectively. And there were no significant differences
bctwccn the protcction ratc of fccd with 0.8% and 1.6% of ESL and thc protcction ratc of fecd with
0. 1 enrofloxacin. All these results indicated that a cerlain dose of ESL has in vivo anli-infecuion
effect against AH in zebrafish
