潮州市食用明胶产品中铬含量的调査结果分析

摘要:对辖区内食用明胶铕售点或企业进行摸底排查,了解食用明胶产品中的鉻含量,为使用明胶作为原料的食
品进行风险甡测刚研究奠定基础。采用原子吸收光谮法对食用明胶进行样品预处理和含量测定。方法的缄性良好,在线
性范0mgL-0500mgL内,相关系数达0996;刚试样品的RSD值为1.32%~834%;回收率为82.2%~1044%a翊查
的钻果显示,接照皮食用明胶B、C级的要求,27份抽查样品的合格率仅为407%。用原子吸收光谱法定食用明胶中
懿的含量,操作简便快捷,鰭果准确可靠;潮州市食用明胶中铬舍登超标严重,最后对相关产品的监管等方面提出了
部分建议。

Analysis on the Investigation Results of Chromium Content in Edible Gelatin in Chaozhou

Abstract: To invest the content of Chromium in edible gelatin of part marets and enterprises n Chaozhou, the
research on the food risk is based on it. The random-in p cted samples were pretreated following the method of
the national standard of china, and determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The method had good
linearity and the linear range was from 0 m/ to 0.500 mgl and the correlation coefficient was up to. 99 6
The RSD of the test samples ranged from 1.32 to 8.34 %o and the average recoveries of samples were
tween 82. 2. 4 %The investigain ruls indicaed that the qualified rate of edible gelatin was on
40. 7 %. The method by atomic absorption spectrometry was accurate, reliable, convenient, rapid and good
precision; and the chromium content of edible gelatin in Chaozhou exceeded the allowed limit seriously
