摘要
数控火焰自动切管机在各种管材,板材等金属构件切割和焊接工业中应用十
分广泛,是制造海上平台导管架构件的关键设备。随着制造海洋平台导管架过程
中对金属构件切割的效率与精度要求越来越高,切割样式越来越丰富,旧有的切
管机自带软件系统已经满足不了要求。因此,本课题通过对中国海洋石油平台制
造公司进口的新型火焰自动切管机自带软件系统的研究,针对其操作系统使用不
便,相贯线模型不全面等弊端,结合天津大学数控液压研究所多年来在数控切割
相贯线及坡口模型等方面的研究成果,着手开发国内具有自主知识产权的智能
化、自动化软件控制系统。目的在于为进口新型火焰数控自动切管机配备操作方
便、相贯线计算模型完备,帯有信息管理数据库的自动化、智能化软件系统。主
要成果包括:
采用模块化设计思想,运用ⅤLISP语言编程实现软件系统各功能模块,主
要包括:零件信息生成模块;零件、及相贯类型判断模块;零件几何参数、位置
关系参数计算模块;相贯曲线计算模块;数据处理模块;工程图绘制模块;重量
重心计算模块。
开发了形式更为丰富相贯线数学模型,包括直管开槽,管板斜插相贯,开方
孔、圆孔,切割皇冠板等,并与原有的管管、板管、环管、锥管相贯模型进行整
合,为软件系统建立了完备的相贯线数学模型库,同时也便于以后的模型扩展。
软件系统通过现场測试和使用,很大程度的提高了切割导管架构件的精度和
可靠性,操作方便,适用于多种切割类型,大大提高了加工生产效率。

ABSITRACT
Numerical control flame automatic pipe-cutting machines are widely used in the
cutting and welding industry of various pipe and sheet metal components, and they
are pivotal equipments in producing ocean platform jacket components. As the
requirements to the efficiency and accuracy of the metal structures cutting have
become more and more strict, and the cutting style has become more and more
complicated, the software system of the old pipe cutting machine can not meet th
technical requirements. So after study on new imported flame automatic machine in
China Petroleum Platform Manufacturing Company, the research falls to developing
independent intelligent and automatic software control system, which gets rid of
defeats of inconvenience and incompleteness of jacket joint intersecting curve models
in software system enclosed with the imported machine. We also take use of the
research results of intersecting lines and groove model that the Hydraulic Institute of
Tianjin University have achieved for years. The research aims at equipping an
ntelligent and automatic software system which is easy to operate, with complete
intersection model and information management database for the new Numerical
control flame automatic pipe-cutting machines. The main achievements of this paper

This paper adapts Modular design thought, and uses the VLISP program language
to implement all function modules of the software system, including the generation
module of parts information, judgment module of intersecting line type, computing
module of bar geometric parameters and location parameters, computing module of
intersection curve, data-processing module, designing module of engineering
drawings and computing module of weight and centre of gravity
Mathematical model including opening round of the trough, board-pipe
non-vertical intersection, cutting square hole, cutting hole, cutting crown curve and so
on. Then integrates these with the intersecting curve model of pipe-pipe, board-pipe,
cone-pipe and ring-pipe to establish the integrated Intersection curve math model base
and develop the model in future
