    聚乳酸/液态聚异丁烯共混物的硏究

    摘要:为了改善聚乳酸(PLA)材料的脆性,且不影响其可降解性,选择了低分子量液态聚异丁烯(PIB)和PLA
    进行共混改性,研究了LPIB用量对PLA/LPIB共混物性能的影响。结果表明,LPIB可提高PLA的韧性,但降低了
    其拉仲强度,当LPIB质量分数为12%时,共混物的缺口冲击强度达到最高,为5.3kJ/m2,比纯PLA提高了近一倍
    LPIB在PLA中起到异相成核的作用,可提高其结晶度。采用扫描电子显徽镋观察了共混物的微观形态,发现PLA
    与LPIB两相是分离的。为提高两者的相容性,采用縮水甘油酯(GMA)接枝LPIB(LPIB-g-GMA)作为增容剂,并研
    究了其用量对PLA/LPB/LPIB-g-GMA共混物性能的影响。结果表明,LPIB-g-GHMA对PLA/LPIB共混物有一定
    的增容作用,可使其相界面变得模糊,相容性有明显提高;当PLA,LPIB与LPIB-g-GMA的质量比为88/2/10时
    PLA/LPIB/LPIB-g(GHMA共混物的缺口冲击强度和拉伸强度达到最大,与未加LPIB-gGMA的共混物相比,分别提
    高了20.7%和13.8%;少量LPIB-g-GMA的加入会提高PLA/LPIB/LPIB-g-GMA共混物的结晶度,但其用量过高
    时,会降低共混物的结晶度。

    Study of Polylactic Acid/ Liquid Polyisobutene Blends

    Abstract In order to improve the brittleness of PLA and dont affect its biodegradability, liquid polyiosbutene(LPTB)was
    used as a toughness agent for being blended with PLA. The effects of LP]B content on the properties of PLA/LPIB blends were
    investigated. The results show that PB can improve the brittleness of PLA, the notched impact strength of the blend with 12
    LPIB is the best, reaching to 5.3 KJ/m, nearly twice as much as pure PLA LPIB acts as a heterogeneous nucleating agent and
    can improve the crystallization of PA. Scanning electron microscopy indicates that two phases(PLA and LPIB )are separated. To
    improe the compatibili between PA and P B, the glycidyl e acr late rafted LPIB(LP1B--GMA)was used as compatilizer
    and the effects of LPB- -GMA content on the performance of the PLA/ LPIB/LPIB-G-GMA blends were investigated. The results
    show that LPIB-% -GMA can improve the compatibility between PLA and LPIB, make the interface between PLA and LPIB become
    vague, which indicates that the compatibility is improved. Whe the mass ratio of the PLA/LPIB/LPB- -GMA is 88/2/10, the
    no ched impact strength and tensile strength of PLA/PIB/LPIB- -GMA blends can reach maximum, which increases by 20.7
    and 13. 8%respectively comparing wit the P/ PB lend A lie of LPB- -GMA can improve the crystallinity of the PA/
    LPIB/LPIB-G-GMA blend, but too much LPIB-G-GMA has an adverse result

    聚乳酸PLA)是一种以生物资源为原料的化领域。
    学合成生物降解高分子,摆脱了对石油资源的依赖
    但是PLA也存在很多缺点,如结晶速度慢,熔
    除生物降解性外,它还具有透明度高、抗油性和染色体强度低,导致成型加工过程困难;玻璃化转变温
    性能好、可燃性低、对人体无毒害等优点,能进行各度(7)较低,耐热性差;在熔体加工过程中易降解,
    种成型加工,如挤出、吹膜、注塑、纤维成型等。因此,分子量及分子量分布难于控制;质脆,韧性差,缺
    PLA有着广阔的应用前景,由其制备的各种薄膜、乏柔性和弹性,缺口冲击强度低。这些缺点限制了
    片材、纤维经过热成型、纺丝等二次加工后得到的产
