港珠澳大桥超高强度平行钢丝斜拉索设计与技术研究

摘要;港珠澳大桥青州航道桥和江海直达船航道桥均采用斜拉桥,拉索均采用平行钢丝
索。为减小索体阻风面积、减轻重量,在国内首次设计采用1860MPa钢丝斜拉索。为确保斜拉索
技术性能并提高其耐久性,对钢丝关键技术参数进行了研究,对锚具材料及构造尺寸进行了理论计
算和设计,并试制成品索开展了物理模型试验。结果表明,钢丝抗拉强度不低于1860MPa;扭转
次数不小于12次;在规定条件下疲劳应力幅达410MPa以上;表面采用锌一5%铝合金镀层防腐
性能优;试制成品索的锚固、疲劳及水密性性能均满足规范及设计要求,可应用于港珠溴大桥。

Steel Wire Stay Cables for Hong Kong-zhuhai-macao Bridge

Abstract: The Qingzhou Ship Channel Bridge and the River-to-sea Ship Channel Bridge of
the Hong Kong-zhuhai-macao Bridge are the cable-stayed bridges and the stay cables of the two
bridge are the parallel steel wire cables. To minimize the wind resistant areas and to reduce the
weight of the cables, the 1 860 Mpa steel wire stay cables were designed and were used for the
bridges for the first time in China. To ensure the technological properties of the cables and im
prove the durability, the critical technological parameters of the steel wires were studied, the ma
terials and structural dimensions of the anchor devices of the cables were theoretically calculated
and designed, the trial finished cables were manufactured and the physical model tests for the ca-
bles were carried out. The results show that the tensile strength of each wire of the cables is not
ess than 1 860 Mpa and the twisting numbers are not less than 12 times. Under the specified
conditions, the fatigue stress amplitude of the wire is up to 410 Mpa and the property of the sur
face corrosion protection of the zinc and 5% aluminum alloy coating is superior. The anchoring of
the trial cables, the fatigue and water tightness properties of the cables can meet the relevant re
quirements in the codes and design and the cables can be put in use on the bridges.

港珠澳大桥跨越珠江口伶仃洋海域,是连接香略意义的世界级跨海通道。其青州航道桥采用
港、珠海、澳门的超级跨海通道,是列入《国家高速公(110+236+458+236+110)m双塔空间双索面钢
