信息化是当今世界经济和社会发展的大趋势,也是我国产业化升级和实现
现代化管理的关键环节。作为21世纪经济新增长点的信息技术正渗透着社会经
济活动的每个角落。信息技术在制造业企业的经营和管理中具有重要作用,可
以贯穿企业运作的各个环节,如采购、库存、销售、配送和企业办公自动化以
及企业决策等。
山东省潍北硅碳棒厂实行信息化建设,可以提高企业的信息化管理水平
提高监管力度,辅助企业决策;可以降低采购成本,监控采购流程;可以降低
库存成本,提高设计效率;可以进行技术改造,优化产品工;可以实现灵活
的销售策略,科学的市场管理;可以实现高效的财务管理,准确的决策依据。
论文首先介绍了企业信息化面临的挑战和企业信息化的内容。然后,从企
业信息化建设的理论入手,介绍了信息系统规划的内容、方法以及基础结构的
规划,信息系统开发方式和开发模式。在此研究的基础上,对山东省潍北硅碳
棒厂的信息化系统进行了规划,选择了适合潍北硅碳棒厂的信息系统开发方式
和开发模式。
信息化建设的技术路线应技照系统分析、系统设讨、程序设计与编写、系
统测试、系统运行与维护等5个步骤进行。论文接下来对潍北硅碳棒厂信息系
统进行了分析,包括组织结构、工作流程、信息系统的建设目标的分析,得出
潍北硅碳棒厂信息系统必须具有如下几个基本的功能模块:即基本信息、订单
管理、销售管理、生产计划、制造作业、库存管理、产品结构、采购管理、应
收账款、应付账款、工资管理、票据现金、成本核算、领导査询、数据维护等。
企业不一定要全方位进行管理,但要对关键步骤进行针对性管理,根据实际需
要选择相应的模块。
论文最后对潍北硅碳棒厂的网络系统、系统结构及功能、系统的输入输出
进行了设计。目前,系统正在建设过程中,对内部局域网进行了规划与建没,
同时对销售管理系统、生产管理系统进行了部分开发。

ABSTRACT
Nowadays the informatization was the big trend of world economy and society
development, and also was the key link that upgraded the industry of our country and
realized modemization management. Information technique as the new economy
increased point now permeating each corner of social economic activities.
Information technique had the important action in management and administration of
enterprises and can run through the each links such as purchase, stock, selling, OA
and decision-making of enterprises.
The informatization development of Weibei silicon carbide heating elements
factory of Shandong province can increase the level of the management of the
informatization, can increase the power of intendance and management, also can help
making decision of enterprises. It can reduce the cost of purchase and supervise the
flow of purchase, also can reduce the cost of stock and advance the efticiency of
design. It can carry through the alteration of technique and optimize the technics of
products, also can realize agile selling game and scientific market management. It can
realize the efficient finance management and exact gist of decision-making
First the thesis in roduced the challenge that the enterprise informatization tums
was faced to and the content of the enterprise informatization. And then the thesis
started with the theory of the enterprise informatization building, introduced the
contents, method and layout of the information system, and the way and mode of th
information system development. On the base of which, the thesis made out the
information system o Weibei silicon carbide heating elements factory, and select the
befitting development method and mode.
Technique route of informatization building should be according to the 5 steps
that include systems analysis, systems design, programmer, systems testing and
systems rum. Then the thesis analysed the information systems of Weibei silicon
carbide eating elements factory that include organization frame, work flow, analysis
