稀土ー荧光素双重荧光响应pH探针分子的合成与荧光性质研究

摘要:将含有8-氨基喹啉与荧光素行生物缩合的席夫碱QZ1与销⑩的TA(噻昐基三氟乙酰丙酮化合物作为基本原料合成了
新的销⑩-荧光素化合物Eu-QZ1,并对其进行了光谱表征。化合物Eu-QZ1在470nm光的激发下产生荧光素的特征绿色荧光
(530mm)。在从碱到酸(pH从9.0到6)滴定过程中该荧光的强度增强了接近5倍,其pK,值计算为7.30。在370m光的激发
下,Eu,QZ1发射稀土销Ⅷ离子的特征红色荧光(主峰位于612mい。在从酸到碱H从55到85)滴定过程中,该荧光的强度增强
了接近10倍,其pK。值计算为7.39。这些结果表明Bu-Q21是1个高灵敏度双荧光响应的pH探针。细胞试蛻表明FEu-QZ1具有
良好的细胞通透性,能够在红光和绿光两个位置标记海拉细胞中的pH范围。

Abstract A new europium(ID compound EU-QZI was designed and synthesized as a ph-sensitive fluorescent
probe ( where QZ1=()-2-(3-((u n i 8 mn) m h )-6h-xanthen-9- )benzoic acid). EU-QZ1
comprised a green light emitins fluorescencein fluorophore and a Eu moiety as the origin of red luminescence

that EU-QZ1 exhibit well sensitivity in monitoring PH value changes in neutral aqueous media and is able to
