环保型多效水溶性抗黁和摩擦改进剂的研究

摘要:不含硫磷氮的多羟基。D呹喃葡萄糖衍生物(MHGD)和不含硫磷的钼氮复合物(MN)属于环保型多效水基润
滑液派加剂,具有良好的抗磨、减摩、抗劳和防锈功能,在有色金属加工液中加入MN可明显改普其抗磨减摩
性。好的抗疲劳性与其防锈性和低摩擦系数有关。从作用机理看,MHGD和MN分属抗磨剂(AW)和摩擦政进剂
(FM),后者的机理可能更加复杂,从纳米流变学的角度研究水溶性摩擦改进剂的作用机理,可为新剂的设计提供
有用的参考

Abstract: Two types of Sp-free additives, i. e. multihydroxylglucose derivatives(MHGD)and the
reaction products of molybdenum source and a fatty acid salt of ethanol amine (MN), were prepare
in this work and the determined tribological properties of these additives proved that they are
effective antiwar, friction reduction, corrosion inhibition and antifatigue agents. Preliminary results
indicated that the presence of MN was particularly beneficial to the nonferrous alloy processing
fluids in terms of antiwear and friction reduction. It is suggested that the good antifatigue
performance of MHGD was closely related to their low friction coefficient and rust inhibition
property. In consideration of action mechanisms MHGD is essentially an antiwear agent whereas the
major role of MN may be to combat friction by a more complicated mechanism, Investigation on
nanorheology of strongly confined oligomeric, water-soluble additives, especially on how the
behavior at molecular scale of these additives determines the macroscopic response of lubricating
performance will provide a good reference for new additive design.
