废玻璃粒径对废玻璃砂浆耐高温性能的影响

摘要:用粒径1.18~5.00mm,600pm~1.18mm,300~600pm和<300km这4种废玻璃分别取
代(质量分数)30%,60%,100%天然砂配制砂浆,测试砂在20,300,400,600,800,900℃的抗压
强度和劈裂抗拉强度.结果表明:在常温下,用粒径≥300pm废玻璃取代天然砂后,砂浆强度低于
基准砂浆,且随废玻璃取代率増大而降低;用粒径<300m的废玻璃取代部分天然砂后,砂浆劈裂
抗拉强度略大于基准砂浆,抗压强度则大大高于基准砂浆;所有配合比砂浆强度均随着加热温度
的提高不断降低,强度与加热温度间呈良好的线性关系,相关系数大多>0.980;用粒径<300m
废玻璃取代60%以上天然砂,高温益化系数>1.25,可显著提高砂浆的高温性能

Effect of Waste Glass Particle Size on High Temperature Properties of Mortar

Abstract: Mortar was made with 1. 18-5.00 mm, 600 um-1. 18 mm, 300-600 pm and <300 pm waste
glass replacement of natural'sand at levels(by mass) of 30 %, 60% and 100 %. Mortar specimens were
tested for their compressive strength and splitting tension strength at 20, 300, 400, 600, 800 and 900 C
The experimental results show that the mortar which was made with =300 um waste glass replacement of
natural sand, its strengths at room temperature are lower than control mortar's and decrease with inerease
of tem perature. The mortar which was made with<300 um waste glass replacement of natural sand, its
splitting tension strength is slightly higher than control mortars and compressive strength is greatly higher
control mortars at room temperature. It was found that mortar strength of all mixes reduces with eleva
tion of temperature, a good linear relationship between strength and heating temperature is present, most
of the correlation coefficients are greater than 0.980. The waste glass for particle size<300 m and re
placement rate of more than 60% can get more than 1. 25 high temperature enhancement coefficient and can
significantly improve high temperature performance of mortar.
